Nine Resident

Nice hotel, modern, clean and comfortable. Very nice staff are helpful and friendly. At 750 Baht or less per night, it’s a good value. My only concern, and the reason I left early, is location. It’s somewhat distant to busier streets with restaurants, etc. and there is an elementary school next door which is loud with morning assembly from 7:30-8:30 and lunch/recess from 12:00-13:00. At first, it’s nice to hear authentic Chiang Mai with the sounds of children playing.. but it made working from the hotel (and sleeping late) nearly impossible. Regardless, I enjoyed my stay and wish the family that owns this hotel all the very best. They are really sweet and kind to everyone. Perhaps it is more ideal for families.

Really nice and clean. Easy breezy. I also left my ring which was snagged onto the door keyring. I was already at the airport when I found out about my missing ring. So when I called them, they quickly searched for the ring, found it, and sent it quickly via a tuk-tuk to the airport to deliver it to me.

Very nice rooms!!also the location is great (close to the night market and a lot of good restaurants but still a quiet area) would definitely stay here again!

Overall, it's convenient, clean rooms, clean bathrooms.

The room is basic but very clean. Great location and good price. Highly recommended for someone who looks for a budget accommodation.
