Great gem nxt to emporium. Love the quaint breakfast place. Highly recommended. Unfortunately my aircon leaked. But within minutes staff was on hand. Fixed everything w great courtesy. Brilliantly done! Wld recommend to anyone 👌 thank you for my first stay!

The location was excellent, being close to BTS station, shopping malls, all kinds of restaurants, yet in quieter alley. There was a washing machine with dryer function, which was a nice surprise. Both kitchen and bathroom were spacious comparing to other hotel/residence rooms we stayed before, which made our 8 night stay even more comfortable. Daily cleaning service was done professionally also.

It was a terrible place to stay. The aircon was leaking lots of water, for a moment it was running like a tap!! The toilet floor has stains that looks like red wine stains. I suspect the arm chair has bugs. I was sitting on it and i felt sudden pain as if i was bitten by something. The bathtub has tiny black stuff that looks like some tiny bugs. The 2 tubes of shampoo/conditioner and cleansing foam provided was of average quality. Location was ok but the signage is not very obvious. Many drivers miss the entrance and go to the wrong place. Definitely not the best option for a vacation, i wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. I think the management should consider investing to upgrade the rooms.

The shower water comes either too hot or too cold, can't get an average termperature at all. The sink in the washroom is flooded, the water goes very slow, can't even finish brushing the teeth purpose or water will be flowing out of the sink! Living already on 5/F, still there are noise easily heard from outside.
