Really enjoyed my stay here! These little bungalows are so lovely and in such a great location, removed from the hustle and bustle of the town but only a 5 minute walk away! Bed was comfy. Check in was super friendly and the breakfast was good. Got our laundry done, and they had left it on our table for us when we got back from a busy day out. Overall would recommend!

The cutest little hut I’ve ever seen! Inside is exactly what you’d expect from a hut, not luxury but it’s all you need! There are two fans inside to help with the no AC, only complaint is that the beds are super uncomfortable but other then that an amazing experience! Will be back

Pai Homey was a very cute little place for a quiet weekend in the mountains. It’s across the river from the main streets of Pai (don’t try to get a motorbike or wheeled luggage across the rickety bridge!) which was perfect for our stay. We had a beautiful porch with a hammock and a great view of the mountains. Breakfast was great and the front desk was run by friendly staff and included free drinking water and a good collection of books to borrow. My only complaint was that everything was a bit damp inside the room (we were there during the rainy season, so this is not surprising) and I thought the bathroom could have been cleaned better before our arrival, though I’m sure that the staff would have done so willingly if we had asked. No air conditioning, but we had 2 fans in the room and slept super comfortably with those!

Pai homey is in a perfect location - 5 minute walk in to town, over an idyllic bamboo bridge. It’s hammock and exterior is very serene and peaceful, exactly what we were hoping for. However, they do not provide a doona in the room, instead you get the equivalent of two picnic blankets that aren’t big enough. We also ended up in the adjoining cabin that is attatched to another cabin, this meant that at 11am when our lovely neighbours decided to get jiggy with it our whole cabin shook and we woke up thinking we were being robbed. The water pressure in the shower was also inconsistent, switching constantly between hot and cold and after leaving the room for the day and coming back there was a sewerage smell, however this smell did disappear. There are insects that like to pay a visit to the bathroom of an evening. The breakfast was good, however the staff understand limited English so when trying to make alterations it was not understood... they offer laundry on site and staff are always smiling and happy every morning. If you want your room cleaned you need to notify them that morning prior to 11am, with or without cleaning you are provided a toilet roll and water daily. Overall we did love this location and the staff were friendly and the price was very reasonable, however some minor adjustments need to be made for a more enjoyable experience.

Fantastic little bungalows in such a beautiful setting! And the private balconies off each room were an added bonus, to escape the heat of the afternoon sun. No air conditioning but we coped just fine with the fan. Staff are very firendly and helpful and the laundry service was great. Good variety of options for breakfast and the location of the property was a convient 5minute walk to the walking street for dinner. We will definitely stay here again if we are ever back in Pai.

Homey is a nice, no frills, hut style hotel in Pai. No complaints overall, amazing location, and easy to find. Next time I would look for accommodations with AC— after riding all day on motorbikes to Pai all I wanted was a frigid cold room to walk into. Oh well! Should have checked first. The shower doesn’t have very good water pressure, and the breakfast isn’t available until 8am, but other than that it was a great stay!

The little huts were great and can be a really cute place to stay, however there were a couple of things that could be improved. Hot water was scarce and we had to have cold showers on all of the days we were there, which in fresh December mornings in Pai is not what you need to start the day. The evenings were very cold and we were only given additional blankets on our final night, we had to sleep fully clothed. Being huts, you will likely hear most of not all of neighbours conversations so privacy is a little limited, but the service we had was good and can’t say enough good things about the hosts etc. Bottom line is you get what you pay for.

It's located on the other side of the small river from all the bars, restaurants, shopping, massage, etc. Short 3 minute walk away. Cool bamboo bridge over the river too. It's surrounded by a few other options that are very similar but it's probably the smallest with 8 bungalows and the office. Pai is a small town so it's easy to get around no matter where you stay but this side of the river is much more quite without being far from the action. The bamboo room is nice and balcony with the Hammock is a great bonus.

This cozy bungalow had all the ingredients to be great. To be fair, it had nothing to do with the staff or Pai homey itself, just bad neighbors. Be sure to reserve the bungalow not attached to another one through a thin wall (there is only one that is this way). My loud neighbors decided it would be a good idea to have loud sex waaaay too often waking me up and literally shaking my entire bungalow. I told the staff about it and they told me I could move once one freed up. Ended up just staying somewhere else. All the that aside, lovely views and friendly staff. Just don't stay in the boom boom room bungalow !
