Location in the center, near Somphet market. Close to the bus stop from the airport or to the bus stop 3. New, clean, friendly and beautiful design. Management speak English well, easy to hear but a bit cold. Quiet space and reading space.

The accommodation is similar to the house. But renovated like a room in a room when the check-in to the accommodation No staff in front of the counter to open the room. We wait for about - 1. Wait for half an hour. Have to sit and wait to call the owner to tell the power, hurry to open the room From there, the minions walked out, so we asked which room to stay. We would like to hurry to rest because we brought my mother to get tired. 2. Accommodation for raising rabbits Which raising pets is not ok 3. The room of the mother room, number 3, 1st floor, smelly, very bad smell, in the room with mosquitoes, there are ants to bite the mother. Covered and not cured 4. Refreshments that are not served at all The coffee is left alone. No bread is provided, but there is a toaster to The orange on the table is very wilted. You don't write that there is service in the morning. Very bad. Don't go to stay at all.

New, clean, quiet place, nice owner, and good location. They don't have a personal locker, but you can keep your valuable stuff with them. Upper bunk didn't have a socket either. Recommended for backpackers.

I have no words to describe the hotel but amazing. The location is great, nearby the tourist spots, a lot of food stalls nearby and can be easily reached if come from bangkok via plane or bus. Our room is huge and washroom is huge and very clean. The owner is extremely accommodating, allowed us to check-in early, and even let us take a bath after our tour in the afternoon even if past the check out time, all free of charge. Free coffee and bread whole day, good internet connection plus, price is really reasonable. If I come back in chiang mai in the future, I will bring my family and stay here again.

Very comfortable place to stay (5 mins walk to Tha pae wall). You can park a car in front of the house and along side the gate. The owner including staff are so helpful and the cute soft white rabbit is very friendly. He like to sleep with guest if you let him lay on the bed :).

It is a safe, quiet hotel. It is the 10th time. And choose here to come conveniently, close to Tha Phae Gate, Wua Lai Road. Important, very handsome. Any girl who is interested can come and stay (single owner).

- Great location, just go outside and you take the Tuk Tuk or Songthew easily
- Friendly and helpful staff. He gave us some suggestions and always asked to make sure we were happy
