Great stay overall! Location: FANTASTIC -Firstly, it is beside two BTS stations: Victory Monument (this has easier access and is sheltered) and Phaya Thai -One can also access the Airport Rail at Phaya Thai -Nearby 7-11 convenience stores Rooms: COMFORTABLE -Lovely and spacious rooms -Bed and pillows are comfortable -Nice touches that I appreciated: the room temperature/ airconditioning can be fully adjusted! The wardrobe opens both outwards into the room as well as inwards into the bathroom for easy access -One minus point: there were no power points or phone charging points beside the bed (wasn’t an issue for me - it promotes good sleep hygiene anyway) Service: -Friendly and helpful staff. Check-in and check-out were prompt and hassle-free Amenities; -Great buffet breakfast with a wide spread of local as well as international dishes; one would be spoilt for choice! -Gym is well equipped and the pool/ sun deck was big and spacious I think the location and comfort were big plus points here.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Pullman. The hotel staff were extremely nice and helpful, allowing us to use the hotel amenities and pool while we awaited check-in. The breakfast buffet was incredible, with endless choices and very tasty. Also, this hotel is one of the nicest smelling hotels I've ever stayed in. The location was about a 10-15 minute walk to the Phayathai station which was convenient to airport rail link and the sky train. However, we did struggle to find nice restaurants near the hotel.
