Staff was awesome. Great for families with children. Close to Terminal 21 and other shopping and food. Quick walk to BTS and MRT, so all of Bangkok is readily accessible. Sukhumvit and Nana area. Good variety of options for dining, massage, laundry, and 7-11 on same street. Staff will help with transportation and anything you need. Breakfast was great with egg stations, ethnic options, and for vegetarian, vegans, and requests for non-buffet items such as bacon for those that want it. Overall, the staff made it all great. Would have liked a later pool time, but that is it.

We booked this hotel for its convenient location near Asoke station, as we only needed a place to rest for one night. While the property is older and could benefit from some upgrades, it was impressively clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, the pillows and bed were quite hard, which made for an uncomfortable sleep. For that reason, I wouldn’t stay here again, but it could be a suitable option for those prioritizing location over comfort.

The standard of the room is very good - a very big bed and very important 2 armchairs. The room is very clean. Checkin could be much better. The hotel could not find my reservation from hotels.com, but very good, that I could find it on my tablet.
