This is my 3rd stay at Richman Resort. As always, a wonderful 3 nights stay with the kids.
The kids loved the Kids Club, loved bathing in the pool at night. The staff are all nice and welcoming, cannot get nowhere else. Room is clean, bath tub is nice, the kids love it.

Good place since it’s still new, hope richman hotel able to keep the cleanliness as new and hope you guys able to scrub the mold in the toilet. For location not so nice, narrow road before reach the hotel and it’s located in the junction. Those coming with own vehicle please be extra careful when going out the hotel. For the facilities and services, I’m satisfied. Good job!

Staff very friendly. Helped us to load luggage to taxi. Help to translate. Hotel was very comfortable. Location a bit further inside, a bot far from the main attraction (makro, central hatyai) but nonetheless its calm. No noisy and hectic environment.

Overall, the hotel is good. It's new, the breakfast is delicious, and the swimming pool is smaller than I thought when I actually got there. The hotel's location is quite deep in an alley and the entrance is small.

ทางเข้าโรงแรมค่อนข้างลำบาก หายาก เพราะเข้าไปในซอยจากถนนใหญ่ถือว่าไกล และในช่วงที่ไปพักกำลังทำถนน ซึ่งไม่สะดวกเลย ผุ่นเยอะมาก ห้องพักดีค่ะ สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบ นอนหลับสบาย ห้องสะอาด พนักงานต้อนบริการดี ประทับใจ แต่ห้องอาหารคับแคบมากที่นั่งไม่เพียงพอ และในวันนั้นลงมาช่วง8.45 น. อาหารเหลือน้อยแล้ว และในห้องอาหารอากาศร้อน ควรปรับปรุงตรงจุดนี้ด้วยค่ะ
