Room really clean and provided with all necessity including hair dryer, electrical jug kettle, extra pillow, drying rack in the balcony if you need to wash clothes. Same as photo shown in the website. Coined operated washing machine, dryer and water dispenser are available near the car park. Tuk-tuk service to metro station every 15min is a plus. You can take tuk tuk back from metro to hotel with 60baht. Alternatively, you can also walk from metro, along the road with shops and eatery stall. You can get everything conveniently from shopping to food in the mall, Tesco Lotus and Central Plaza if you not feeling to travel into the city. You can get to Ratchada night market easily by metro to Thailand Culture Center station and also Chatukchak market. A convenience store and restaurant near lobby. Overall was an excellent stay with reasonable price and convenient.

Quiet hotel, inexpensive and close to MRT. Its walking distance from MRT if you don't have too much lugagge. As mentioned before you can walk through the shortcut at Tesco. I had the better room, which had a safe and coffee making facilities. The hotel is a mix of short stay and long term rooms. The breakfast was ok. One thing i have to criticise are the manners of the security guard on duty and the tuk tuk driver on duty. When you get out of the hotel the security guard is about 4 meters across the driveway. They don't worry to say hello or smile at you. Infact when you walk out they look the other way. The tuk tuk driver also does not bother to greet, but in the tuk tuk is a Tip box. For what!! Both needs umproving. Otherwise all was OK for the price. If you are two people in one room the queen bed is a bit small and a twin room may be a better choice. I travel regularly to Bangkok and will stay there again.

I paid about 30% higher price through application than adverised elsewhere. The lifts cause concerns. While hotel appears at the rear of major shopping and transport complex to get there is a major task. Free tok tuk helps (when available). I nearly broke my nose on exit from hotel because glass doors are so perfectly clean an management neglected to put appropriate stickers on the glass. I do not recommend this hotel.

If you want a Motel 6 experience, this is the place. I was extremely disappointed, and it left a bad impression of Thailand. I contacted the hotel via email days before my trip to request an early check-in, and they assured me it wouldn’t be an issue. However, when I arrived several hours before check-in, the front desk told me it wasn’t possible. I tried asking about the local area and for assistance, but they ignored me. After I was finally allowed to check in, I continued to be ignored every time I went through the lobby. Terrible service—I wouldn’t recommend this location. Now, the room itself: after a 36-hour journey to Thailand and a long wait to check in, I entered the room, and it smelled heavily of mold and mildew. The bed sheets were completely stained black. Since the front desk refused to acknowledge my presence, I was stuck in a filthy room. The air conditioner gave off a strong moldy odor, so I had to leave it off. The curtains were blackened at the bottom, and mold covered parts of the walls. For anyone considering this place to save money—run, don’t look back. This experience left a terrible taste in my mouth for the entire trip.

The reason we picked this hotel up is its walkable distance to Central Rama 9 and Jodd fairs. They have complimentary Toke Toke transportation service to the MRT Station too though you can walk for about 15 min. 7/11 is around the corner and many eateries are in the area. We will stay again.

Good hotel. Absolutely worth the price you pay. Excellent food- we ate some of our meals here too notjust breakfast. Good service. Polite staff. My only concern would be the housekeeping would sometimes give only one big towel and other small towels in a room where there were two people. Also the Aircon was not as powerful. All in all very good and would recommend.
