Really like the people they work there. It’s very 1970’s. Rundown in a cool way. For the price it’s great. The rooms with the kitchens on the 3rd floor have good internet speeds. Small pool. It’s just on the edge of the Soi 4 action which offers some respite from the bars, etc.. breakfast is really god for the price.

It’s my go to hotel in Bangkok now. I used to stay at another one opposite Nana plaza but it’s so old and dated. Here is much better Everything is so much more modern and fresher. Close to the action but quieter. Definitely a good choice

I’ve been coming here for over ten years now. It’s no frills but ideal. Huge rooms, pleasant staff, comfortable beds, great location. A pity the breakfast buffet didn’t come back after Covid as that was superb. The only negative I can give is that some of the other residents have no awareness of others, they will have rooms at either end of the corridor and rather than walking down to speak they will bellow at each other at all hours making a lot of noise. Not the hotel’s fault that their customers have no manners.

Some Light switches and power outlets were in very poor condition. The A/C sounded like a plane taking off !!! Impossible to talk to the cook.

This stay was perfectly nice until check out. The guy at the desk insisted I had taken a beer from the fridge, which I hadn’t. Stay was ruined over a 50 baht can of beer. Feel completely insulted and conned over this, my car was waiting to take me to the airport so could not stay and argue the fact. It feels like a deliberate tactic. Hotels need to feel trustworthy, this place doesn’t.

This place is so outdated. The room smells really bad. The air conditioning needs to be replaced overall this hotel is probably the worst hotel. I ever stated it needs a major upgrade every night that I stayed here. I slept with the window open because I could not stand the smell, I would not recommend this to anybody even though it’s a great location

I’ve been coming to this hotel for over ten years but I think this was my last visit. It was always a little rough around the edges but the price, location and nice staff made it work so well. It has really gone downhill since my last stay. It’s like a hangout for scumbags, the lobby and corridors are constantly full of groups of blokes just making a lot of noise and being a general nuisance. Every night they would be shouting in the hallways no matter what the time, if you want to be able to sleep don’t stay here. My shower was broken so it was freezing cold for the whole week, the toilet leaked, the two lads doing housekeeping were awful, would mess around shouting and playing games, turn up at the room around 5pm and all they did was change towels and rearrange the bed, no cleaning of any sort. I had to buy my own toilet paper from 7-11. It was a thoroughly unpleasant experience and I won’t be coming back.
