easy to walk to MRT surrounded by convenience store and restaurant i mostly vote at good location but for smell of pillow case and bed sheet were so bad also the towel

The room is not in a condition suitable for guests. The air conditioner is constantly dripping water, making the room damp. It is not used for meal preparation. The hotel location is difficult to find.

It is a self-check-in system. I did not understand the check-in process, so I called the hotel's phone number. The line was cut off and the machine was turned off. The water did not flow, there was no wifi, and the water heater did not work.

Booked accommodation close to 2 p.m. in advance and was told to move to another hotel in the network. Until I found it, it was almost three times as far away from the skytrain as originally reserved. It was like my hands were tied and I was forced to stay.
