Very disappointed. Checked in at 2:00 PM, 2:30 PM, and they still cleaned the room. I called the public relations and they said to wait a moment and the maid would clean it. Is that right? I have to wait another hour and a half. We arrived and checked in. I asked if there was no new room. The public relations said there was none. Then it's okay, I'll cancel and get a refund. This place quickly gave me a new room. In this condition, 700 is still expensive. It's more expensive than anywhere else I've stayed. They only gave me one small bar of soap, no coffee, and only one roll of tissue. The swimming pool is tiny and cute. The room door is hard to open and close. One way is more than enough.
