Beautiful pripwrty with amazing staff. We had so much fun.it was clean, quiet, and easy to get to and from wherever we were going. Dining was great and the spa was incredible!

Very cheap hotel. One of the worst I have stayed in. God awful food quality and very poor service. Old run down hotel which is constantly going through cost cutting renovations. No proper hygiene protocol in place. They put dirty soiled towels for me. Zero English proficiency, staff can barely understand anything. Cheap hotel charged us for a 4 hour late check out !

Nice hotel, mid size resort. When we arrived , we were put in the Laguna side. We asked to be changed to the beach side for a nicer
experience. We had to insist… otherwise our stay was great. Nomad beach club just 3 min Walk on the beach is Amazing.
Downside, the beach is dirty and polluted…

Too many people but maybe the wrong time of the year to go. Had an ocean view room with a view of a pillar mainly - could see the ocean but was a bit of a disappointment. Otherwise the staff were lovely and very accommodating and the spa staff fantastic (especially Bah).

Experience was great from the moment we exited our airport transfer. Check-in process was good, the welcome drink was refreshing and perfect for a hot day, and their cookies at the reception was delicious.
The room was clean, spacious and welcoming. They provided us with a bag that was really useful for bringing to the pool or beach. Service from the housekeeping team was prompt and easy, all requests can be made via their app. There were more than enough loungers by the pool and they have floats available for lounging in the pool as well.
