What Guests Say About Their Stay

Location is quite good, close to the harbor and close to food, 7 eleven and couple of bars and beach. The Room was OK. They call it a bungalow but ours was just a room with balcony. Wifi was terrible and we had bad raining days and some water coming from the roof so we had to move the Bed. It's really basic but maybe overpriced for what you get.

Hotel is very near the pier and town. That should save some money on Taxi. The reception is actually a convenient store next to Master Diver. Store is open till late and no problem is you are on last ferry. Room is clean only upon request. I stayed in a fan room - budget but value for money. You have clean bedsheets and towels. Bring your own toiletories. There is free reliable WiFi inside the room which is not common for budget accomodation - especially on island resorts. True enjoy the stay if you are not too fussy about room cleanliness.

I've stayed many times now at save bungalows. Close to nice beach with great snorkelling when waters high on south end of Mai haad. Love snorkelling around the old wreck and have even seen a nice reef shark not far from wreck. I've rented bike from Mr.t many times. Even with crashes save shop is fair and reasonable in all aspects. I love my bungalow always try and stay in room #1. Close to pier when you arrive so no taxi. Rent a bike and explore the island. will return again.

Unfortunatelly when we arrived there everything was fully booked. Owner said that he didn't receive our reservation from expedia and after 20 minutes of waiting he offered us other accomodation on the other side of island. It was so far away from pier where we supposed to pick up our ferry in early morning next day but he offered transport which we were so grateful for. However accomodation was so far away so our last night in this island wasn't so good. I'm wondering how come that we were able to make this reservation if everything was fully booked up?

Very basic accommodation. Very spacious bungalow which was great. However, ours was not bug tight, we had constant ant issues and many many geckos. These were not just coming in when we opened and closed the door. The bathroom was horrific. Nothing to do with the fact that there was no hot water and the toilet was manual flush (I've come to realise that you should expect these things from basic accommodation in Thailand), the mirror was so dirty that you couldn't see yourself through it and the toilet seat so dirty that it remained down for our whole stay (there was no way we were prepared to touch it) See pics. You're room isn't cleaned unless you go down to the reception/shop and ask which also means you have to trek down to ask for toilet roll when you need it (which by the way you're made to feel like you're asking them for their firstborn). We paid £11 a night which believe me is by no means scrimping in Thailand and I was very disappointed with what we got. We then moved for a second week somewhere cheaper but nicer.
