The room is very old, the sheets set is very dirty, has dust, the air conditioner is not cold, the water from the shower is very hot. Like a boiling hot shower The bed is not comfortable at all. Mattress, old room 312, once enough. Definitely not staying again.

Since the staff are not smiling, the rooms are small, narrow, damaged bathroom, the sink is smaller than the sink at home, the water flows very little, some areas in the room are like not being cleaned for a long time such as stains on the balcony.

The staff informs us to call the agent to request a refund. So we said that the front staff would probably know that if the check-in date It is not refundable. The MP makes a face that doesn't care. And receiving other customers Terrible service, slept for 3 nights, didn't watch TV for 3 nights Old hotel, not straight cover Very old towels The air conditioner is noisy and not cold. The fridge was very dirty, didn't dare to soak in. The first night, half a bottle of water. Half bottle left The housekeeper then only adds 1 bottle and the remaining bottle closes for us to eat. Is very lazy Never stay anywhere like this. Save that much

The atmosphere looks gloomy from the lobby. Air conditioner is very noisy and some rooms are not cool. Staff not very smiling. The face is not welcoming. Questions and answers should be improved. But overall it's not bad enough to accept
