We have stayed at this hotel on numerous occasions previosly and always enjoyed our stay however, on this occasion they had some unwanted guests (vermin) living in the ceiling which deprived us of sleep with the noise and/or the smell every day of our stay!
Even worse, they never tackled the issue headon but instead, seemed to almost pretend that it was non-existant, which meant we had to request action on each/every occasion.
As a guest paying more for this hotel (per night) than we'd ever paid before, we were quite unhappy with the lack of support and resolution regarding this issue and, even when they moved us, at our insistence, the room they moved us to had been open for days and was now filled with mosquitos as well as the same vermin actvity :(

โรงแรมสะอาด บรรยากาศดี อาหารมีหลากหลาย สมกับคารา หักเรื่องเจอผ้าขนหนูเช็ดผมสภาพผุไปหน่อยค่ะ เส้นใยหลุดหายบางส่วนจนโปร่งแสง กับการที่เราเข้าใจผิดเองว่าเมื่อเราจองฝนแอป 5 คน นั้นหมายถึงรวมเตียงเสริมแล้ว และอยากให้เพิ่มให้ทางเข้าโรงแรมเห็นป้ายชัดๆ กับที่ชายทะเลตอนกลางคืนถ้ามีดวงไฟสีส้มเป็นราวจะช่วยเพิ่มความสว่างค่ะ เพราะกลับจากกินข้าว 18.30น. ทะเลมืดมากแล้ว

ชอบมากกกก 💖 ห้องพักราคาถูก สะอาดด้วย สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกมีครบเลย ดีเวอร์ พนักงานบริการดี หาดติดที่พักฟีลเหมือนหาดส่วนตัวเลออ เหมาะกับคนที่มาพักผ่อนและต้องการความเป็นส่วนตัวม้ากก อาหารมีไม่เยอะ แต่ก็กินแล้วอิ่มนะ ชอบข้าวต้มทะเลมากอร่อยยยย ไว้มีโอกาสจะมาพักที่นี่อีกแน่นอน 😘

The beach is very beautiful, the accommodation is cute, decorated in Korean, minimal 💓 please give me some feedback on the place. Lack of towels and tissues (But tissues in the bathroom are available normally) Overall, I like it 😊

New accommodation, very good, good price, clean bathroom, liquid soap, good shampoo, put the bottle already. Hotels near the beach good personal look have activities to play Free kayaking and paddle boarding delicious breakfast The hotel also grows vegetables and raises chickens by itself. But would like to add another box of tissues in front of the vanity table would be great.

The room is clean, the hotel is not big, has 16 rooms. Quite private Calm atmosphere Private beach Breakfast can choose one thing, boiled rice or fried egg and sausage. Overall, it is considered good for relaxing. But it's a pity that the breakfast is a little too small.
