The hotel is very good. The room is spacious, clean and tidy. The price is very cheap right in the center. In the morning, there is a breakfast counter, you can make your own coffee with simple ingredients. At the beginning of the street, there is 7-eleven, there are delicious and cheap restaurants. Quite close to BTS and MRT, helping you to travel conveniently. Next to the red light district, massage, spa, and sauna Mania, ... very suitable for the LGBT community.

Of the three employees that I met, Tony was the most helpful. He spoke the most English and was the most knowledgeable. There was a second employee that spoke a little English. He was friendly and tried to be helpful. There was a third employee that didn’t speak any English. He seemed far more concerned with checking his social media on his smartphone than actually providing any information or customer service. Tony also helped me take my luggage to the taxi, so the high rating that I give is because of him.

Silom Convent Garden is excellent value in an excellent location, with very hospitable and helpful staff. It is outdated in style and suffering from age, and there are no English TV channels, but these issues are more than compensated for by its other qualities. A comfortable bed, a comfortable sitting area, a spacious desk, a welcoming lobby, a good kitchenette, lots of power outlets, a 24 hour laundry room, and quick responses to requests make this hotel very livable.

Horrible experience When I arrived at hotel 12:15am they had no record of my reservation from hotel.com Only a security guard was on duty He refused to let me in I showed my hotel.com reservation still refused I got him yo call someone I think it was a women I talked with She had no concern about my situation demanding I pay for a room I said its confirmed and payed already Please get me a room and we can work it out with hotels.com in morning This took forever I did not get into my room until almost 2 am Not sure what room I got cause it did not look like room in the pictures unless the pictures were taken 25 yrs ago also no free water I was made to pay 20 bhat at 2:00 am for water. In morning they had found my reservation and I was informed I had to pay 500 bhat more ($15 us) Because it was an upgraded room than the reservation hotels.com made That's scary since my room was so run down. This hotel did nothing but make a bad situation even worse by not being nice or understanding when a paying customer showed a hotels.com resevation for their hotel They know they work with hotel.com

It was good with the friendly staff, the room size with kitchenette and microwave; however it needs much improvement of cleanness in all bedding and bathing supplies. The furniture was outdated including old CRT TV. with limited cable channels. The location was not far from public transport and shopping malls, but the small alley where it's located was rather difficult to avoid the vehicles on walking.
