I stayed in two different rooms. The first was nice but the second room on the 3rd floor as shown was the better of the two. I really liked my stay here and I would definitely do it again. The pool/s are certainly interesting and kids seem to really enjoy them. There were always people swimming but it was never crowded. 7-11 is close by and there is good street food just in front of it. The beach is a bit of a walk but there are some shops along the way. Sonia Residence seems to be a good value for the money.

Sharing my experience staying on Saturday 31/5/68 = 1 night. What I encountered... Booked a single room but got a double room. When I called the staff about the correctness of the booking, the staff kept evading the decision and said that only double rooms were available for booking (the staff should be trained in accepting mistakes and finding a way to fix it for customers. It's out of date to give tricky answers to trick guests into accepting such rooms). The double room has a roof view, but the single room has a clearer view. When I changed the single room to room 207, I received the following: 1. The air conditioner vibrates loudly when the computer is working. The whole wall vibrates. 2. The exhaust fan in the bathroom is loud and loud. 3. The shower has no hot water, which I've never encountered before. Even a resort that costs a few hundred baht per night still provides this service. 4. On Sunday morning at 7:00 a.m., I was resting and wanted to wake up late. They let a group of about 10 guests, like a group of members, organize an activity to sing a song only in English. The noise came into the room and disturbed my rest. How could the staff allow this? 5. The TV remote control's batteries were dead and wouldn't turn on. 6. There is little parking space in front of the lobby and there are reserved parking spaces for other guests only, even though it should be a parking lot where anyone who arrives can park. And if anyone doesn't have a parking space, they have to park on the dirt lot next to the hotel, which is about 200 meters away, and the parking lot is dark at night, which is scary for the belongings in the car. In conclusion, I have had many bad experiences with many accommodations and travels around the country and have never commented negatively on anyone like this.

First of all, there is very little parking. There are many receptionists but only one person is working. They do not look welcoming. Others just stand around and do not care. The staff pushes the cart. Because there are few people, they park their stuff and let us push the cart to the room ourselves. The facilities are not as advertised. The swimming pool is far to walk because it is shared with the condo. Others, blah blah blah.

In detail booking for one bed at hotel check in reception tell me have only two bed, One bed is full, after going to room with bellboy at room see 2 housemates sleep on bed and tell me do not have customer and walk slow so badly and after call to reception wait 30 min manager call to me proposed bigger one room after that new room is smelly from pipe and have many insects this hotel.

Should the sofa be repaired or should it be replaced? It's not the reverse. /The bathroom door wants to close, use all your strength to pull it. /One of the lights in front of the TV is dancing in rhythm. There are no replacement employees because they are no longer working. /The front entrance to the elevator is very dark. Turn off the lights and walk in randomly, thinking you're entering a cave/ The entrance is hard to find.

It ' s absolutely nothing like the photos you will see. So don't be fooled. A lot of dust. The A. C. Is weak and the filters are full of dust. The cleaning ladies never clean under the bed. So anyone who has allergy I say to him. Rip buddy. I called the reception and asked for help with the luggage. (nothing happened). When I went to the front desk to check out. They told me all good 😊. The problem is that they never mentioned the 500B deposit. If I forgot about them (they are gone) any way what I'm trying to say that I don't recommend this place.
