Extra bed charge THB 950.00 if any *********There is an announcement from the government that there will be an electrical cut in Pratunam area since the government will do the electrical line maintenance on Sunday 16 September 2018 from 8.00 to 16.00. This maintenance will resulted in the electrical cut from the whole area including our Spenza hotel on the specified period. Therefore, we would like to inform our guest in advance on this matter that this might create a little inconvenient to your stay. However, we do very concern on this matter. Our staff will be ready on every floor to escort you to the lobby if your check-out time is on that date. Plus, the check-in time might have to be deferred to 16.00. We’ll keep all of our guests’ belongings in the storage room before the check-in is ready. In the case that any guest would like to leave your stuff into your room between 14.00 to 16.00, our staff will be more than happy to bring your belongings to your room. Best Pratunam hotel so far. Helpful staff. Their room is spacious, bed is comfortable. Good amenities, they have a parking lot too. Mineral water provided, they clean the room every day. Walking distance to Pratunam, Platinum Mall, and CentralWorld. But, you need to deposit 1000 baht. It's okay though.

The hotel is clean, the water is strong. In the middle of Pratunam again. Exit 5 minutes along the way, lots of food and MRT transportation is easy to go too, not far to walk to the MRT.
