Pleasant hotel in a relaxed atmosphere with friendly and efficient staff. Two outdoor pools. Short walk into town or to the beach.

In a very convenient spot near beach quite a quiet resort compared to others. Pools excellent, gym good, room very large good bed. Only downside poor lighting around bed so unable to read and needs another chair and table on balcony.

When arriving I had booked for 2adults and one child in 2 rooms only to find out they had only one bed in each room and if we wanted an extra bed we had to pay 600 to a 1000 Bhat each room. After negotiating hard we got it down 600. It was very late at night and I don’t think it fair when we think we have accommodation booked to arrive to find we are in a room with one bed for three people

Very quite area, breakfast was not sufficient, staff were okay, the beach was 5 minutes walk and very clean.There's a construction in the next to hotel, you can't really enjoy the pool.

This hotel is right next to Surin beach and very comfortable. We were very impressed given the low price. Would definitely recommend.

Very nice for the area beach is a five min walk pools are very clean and warm breakfast was always very good l liked there was a person watching security camera of facility housekeeping did great job everyday it’s on a nice street that has most whatever you might need I would visit again

A nice little hotel but a lot of construction going on in the day time. It is a 5 to 10 minute walk to the beach and shops. The pools are pretty good. Good size rooms.

Check-in was fast and simple, the room was clean and spacious with an industrial style. Only thing to note is the lack of elevator if you've excess baggage.

"Free parking" is not the hotels, rather the one for the local beach. Otherwise room was good beside every window and door having been left open and a lot of wildlife getting in. Staff friendly and spoke good English.

Second time I have stayed here and staff always very friendly and helpfull. A nice quiet location close to the beach and facilities.

Staff and hotel were great. Room was large with option of fan or air con. Well set out furnishing and small courtyard with a clothes rack for your laudry. Pool and restaurant were also good. Restaurants st your door and beach 5min walk. Activities can be booked through reception and towels available for pool or beach at no extra charge. Thanks guys for the ecperience.

Clean, close to a great beach and plenty of restaurants. Breakfast was adaquate. Pool was clean. Staff was friendly.

We arrived at this hotel and the location is good, next to a quiet beach with families and older couples. Definitely not a party area. Our check in was pleasant, the room is large, clean with a nice size balcony (note: there is construction around this hotel, so some noise during the day). The first night our air conditioning was not working. so late at night my husband went down to the lobby to request another room and the night person was not so helpful as he was busy gaming on his cell phone and was not interesting in helping us out. After my husband being polite and courteous we did manage to get another room at 1:00 am and the air conditioning worked fine. Note: no elevator at this hotel so if you are on the top floor you are climbing 6 flights of stairs. The breakfast is ok but remember this is a 3 star hotel. The cleaning ladies are very polite and always have a smile for you. The pools are nice but the only complaint we would have... we found that it was noisy as there is construction around you and the bugs were bothersome (it would be nice if they would spray or put some kind of citronella or a bug zapper out) Just remember it is a 3 star hotel in a good location and you get what you pay for. We would not stay here again and instead pay additional $$$ for a nicer hotel

Hotel quite nice; pools were good. Rooms clean and spacious, but not the newest. Staff very helpful, but wifi terrible

Nice hotel only a couple of minutes walk from Surin Beach. Good room, although extra single bed was very basic (not a full matress; more like a thin rollaway). Breakfast was simple but good. We had to endure a presentation from a russian tour guide one morning (conducted in the alfresco breakfast area) as we were neither russian nor part of the tour group; the intense audio onslaught was something of an intrusion to the otherwise peaceful surroundings.

Construction going even till midnight for a 6 floors condo next door and behind the hotel. Picture and name (boutique) is deceiving, it doesn’t look like a boutique ore like a motel. Inside, the room looks are concrete floors and concrete poured table. Most rooms have balcony but looking to other buildings. Hard to find good shop around or have to rent a motorcycle. Far from the airport, paid 600 for taxi , no minibus to hotel. Hot water off from time to time, has to call to fix it.

We stayed here for 3 nights and would definitely stay again. The hotel is located on a quiet street by Surin beach and the beach itself is gorgeous as well. There are a few restaurants near by including "Audy" (I think that was the name which was absolutely amazing! The only two pieces of constructive criticism I would give are that they should have more ethnic breakfast as welll as softer beds. I also thought the mattress was too firm but my partner and toddler didn't have a problem with it. Overall, loved the hotel!

A hotel past its prime. Down an alleyway and overlooked by other hotels. Ants in the room. Not a place we would return to.

Place was great location for me. Quiet and serene, away from the Patong craziness but only 500 baht tuk tuk away along a beautiful coast line
