The receptionist is so rude, not being helpful, arrogant, giving us bad impression for the hostel. Try to improve it. The room is not hygiene, toilet facilities is quite risky to get injured, bed sheet not hygienic, got itchy after overnight sleep! Air conditioning doesn't give enough comfortability.

First of all, the way receptionist treat the guest is very impolite. They don't want to provide the information very clearly that would easy to exploit the guest. Room is very small and facility is very poor. No additional facilities can be requested. Then, lobby is not look like an inn, just look like warehouse of old staffs. Although WiFi free is written, it can't even connect with my device.
