It is an ideal accommodation for couples, families, tourists. There are complete facilities, rooms are clean, spacious and have a touch with Sukhothai during COVID-19. But the food is delicious There is a wide variety to choose from Both Thai and Western There is also a local menu. The staff, although small But service with care It gives a very warm feeling. Impressed, located near Sukhothai Historical Park, Wat Traphang Thong Market, Saphan Boon, Wat Traphang Thong, Sinwana Food Park.

Our family had an excellent experience at the property. On the first day, our 4 year old fell off a bike and injured himself. My wife had to accompany him in the ambulance to the hospital. The hotel sent a vehicle to retrieve the bike, and had a driver follow to the hospital. Afterwards, they sent a taxi to transport us back to the hotel without charge. We were very appreciative for the help. The property is located not far from the Sukhothai historical park, and has free bikes for use. There are tuktuks and golf cart rentals with free pickup. The rooms are very clean and the gardens are tranquil and beautiful. But most of all, we loved the friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended!

Very pretty hotel - it has these charming long wooden doors all over that give it a palace feel 😍 . Service here was excellent and the staff often went out of their way to make sure we knew about places nearby and things to do. It is also near a GREAT massage spot (Siri). They have bicycle rentals for free. Our room had a mostly-dead cockroach greet us in the bathroom the moment we entered. Thankfully we never saw another one though! The shower floor was also VERY slippery and unsafe. The shower water never got hotter than just a little warm. There are some feral dogs that walk around very close to the hotel, but they never showed us any aggression - if you are afraid of dogs though, be warned you will encounter dogs. Finally, hotel was not truthful in their listing - they do not have a bar or restaurant, ONLY breakfast buffet. There are several amazing restaurants and coffee shops nearby that you can walk to and Sukhothai Historical Park is a 15 minute walk or quick bicycle ride.

Situated in old Sukhothai this resort is very close to the Historical Park. The rooms are literally huge and super comfortable. At night it is so quiet in the environs you just sleep and sleep. The manager goes out of his way to look after you. A completely adequate breakfast is served in a lovely wooden outdoor restaurant. There are bikes at your disposal to go exploring. Very nearby are a selection of local style restaurants and bars, as well as a few posh ones aimed at tourists. The pool was used frequently and enjoyed by my travelling companion. The property itself is stunning. The only drawback is that due to the slow down in tourism post COVID they have obviously had to cease running their bar or offering evening meals. 100m down the road is a very nice bar and restaurant that ameliorates this situation.

!st of all, the booking supposedly included airport transfers but when I called the hotel, it was disclosed that they weren't honoring it. Because this hotels boasts high ratings, we expected a lot. I understand that the hotel had only been open for 3 weeks, but the hotel was seriously under staffed. The room that we stayed in really didn't look like the picture in Hotels.com. It was really an array of what seems to be odds and ends of stocks; while mostly of Chinese style, the room was very dark with a hodge podge of designs. The floor was trying to be rustic, while 1 of the bathroom walls was trying to be French, while the other was trying to be glam, and the other wall trying to be modern at the same time. It was a bit difficult to feel rested in the room with the different designs all over the place. I feel the hotel was misrepresented in the booking... very deceiving. The breakfasts were nice with Thai style boiled rice, fruits and Thai doughnuts, served outside. The hotel needs some TLC inside and out. Maybe if the ratings were lower, I wouldn't have expected much.

We came to spend time in the Sukhothai National Park, and everything was womderful -- free bicycles to use made getting to (and around) the park a pleasure; the on-site restaurant was excellent; the facilities were great, etc. But, the most surprising aspect was the manager -- whenever we had a question or a special request he would magically appear (but he never hovered, when we were happy and relaxed he left us to enjoy ourselves). This was the best part of our trip so far.

Hotel selected as a base to visit nearby Sukhothai Historical Park. The hotel provided bicycles (no charge) . Although these were not in the best of condition, they did provide us with a good way to access & visit the park. Staff accommodated our request to change room . My wife is afraid of geckos :) and the first room had carved wooden screens as a barrier to the outside; Although charming, this was not efficient to prevent mosquitos and the little lizards to enter the room. The second room provided to us had conventional glass panes. Both rooms had efficient AC units, equipped with remote control devices. We ate dinner at the hotel restaurant during the two nights we were there. The décor was well done & quite trendy considering the remote rural hotel location. ( Chip & Jo would approve ! ) The food was very good and prices reasonable.

This place is the absolute best in Sukhothai tucked away in lush green mangroves well maintained great breakfast buffet the swimming pool 🏊‍♀️ is absolutely out of this world clean cool. This area is the old and historical part of all of Thailand the hotel let’s you ride bikes for free to guests (perfect) to get around the city.rooms are clean showers work good not enough warm water air conditioning is the best , good stay for family and couples.....see you next year.

Very comfortable family run hotel. Lovely room, pool area, dining, etc. The staff worked very hard to provide a very enjoyable stay. Bikes available for easy visiting the Historic Park. We would certainly stay again.

Hotel was in perfect location male staff member at checking wanted to do as little as possible to help with advice on sights to see, I just felt I was bothering him by asking questions. However the hotel was small and quiet for a very small Thai city, enjoyed the location within walking distance to historical park they let you use bicycles to ride around town.pool was perfect, clean great to city on deck at night to star gaze. Would recommend breakfast was wonderful more than enough.
