First time, very impressed Both check-in and check-out There is a shuttle service to the airport as well. The location is near shopping area. Good room, clean room, quiet sound. Very good. The beds are soft and comfortable. I don't want to get out of the bed hahaha. The towels are soft and very clean. The air conditioner is very cold, the water is strong, the room is beautiful, the breakfast is delicious. The receptionists are very good, both in front of the hotel font and the restaurant. If going to Udon again, definitely use the service again.

The receptionist is good and attentive to customers. The room is spacious and clean. The hotel is located in the city center, convenient for traveling. However, during the stay, there was an unpleasant incident... which is the staff allowing outsiders to enter the hotel by letting them walk around by themselves without any hotel staff following them. They have a key card that can open the guest room and they opened the door to our room without knocking or making any noise. At that time, it was good that we were still in the room. We did not know if our property would be safe if we were not there. When we asked, we found out that it was a technician who came to check the hotel's internet. However, it was still unpleasant because they opened the door to the room without even knocking. Whether there was someone in the room or not, they should have knocked. I understand that they were not hotel staff so they did not receive any training before. However, I would like the hotel to improve this matter. At least there should be a hotel staff to lead the way, not letting them walk around by themselves. Overall, I like the accommodation. It is clean and convenient for traveling in the city center. Although it was my first stay, it was not very impressive. If I have a chance, I will definitely stay again.

Grand deluxe room 1. The bathroom has no curtain in the sink. The shower was sloppy and the water flowed around the bathroom, slippery. The water was really strong but too strong. The water pressure increased. The more wet the bathroom 2. Additional 50 pieces of extra pillows 3. Not before noon, then call up to ask whether to stay or not. Because I haven't seen it yet.
