My stay at The Greenery Hotel exceeded all expectations when it comes to hospitality. The staff went above & beyond to ensure my comfort & satisfaction. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, the warm & welcoming atmosphere made me feel right at home. The check-in process was smooth & the front desk staff was not only professional but also friendly. Throughout my stay, the housekeeping staff maintained the room impeccably. What stood out the most was the genuine kindness & willingness of the hotel staff to assist with any inquiries or requests. For example, I asked for an iron. Surprisingly, this hotel has iron, which most hotels don't. I'm very happy for it. This hotel is near attractions like the Mud Crab Sculpture, Wat Kaew Temple, Tiger Cave Temple & night markets. The 7-Eleven is also next to the hotel. I truly appreciate the exceptional hospitality provided by The Greenery Hotel & I will undoubtedly choose to stay here again in the future.

The location is great, not very close to the Krabi Town night market but in walking distance which is acceptable to me. I and my boyfriend stayed here for 2 nights. Most of our activities are in AoNang and Railay Beach so we rent a motorbike and ride back and forth. That was totally fine for us. The deposit for motorbike is 100USD, instead of giving your passport. Please be prepared for this. I saw another group arguing with the motorbike rental for keeping the passport. No matter reasons, don't give your passport to anyone. I score 1 star in the service, (1) there aren't enough towels in the room (2) I faced a bad experience. Our flight is at 9 PM, heading to the airport at 6 PM so I asked the reception the night before whether there is a public bathroom for us the use after one full day in Phi Phi Island tour. She said she can keep the room for us. The last day, we left at 8 AM and returned at 4:30 PM and just 20 minutes taking a bath and packing up. The hotel manager said that we were charged of 500 bath for overstay. The reception on the last day was another lady. I was so disappointed. We didn't ask for keeping the room, we aimed to check-out the room early at 8am and just asked a favour of a restroom, much better with showering, but then we were in trouble. I argued on the phone with the hotel manager and she decreased the fine to 300BATH. Excuse us!!! Why do we have to pay 300bath? This was on purpose. Because when I came back after the beach trip and get the key, the new reception didn't say anything about overstay. Until we took showers, she came and asked us to leave. We turned out not paying anything. My boyfriend intended to give a big tip to the reception at first but he changed his mind.

Room very dirty. When I check in bath room too wet floor. On the second night our room very strong painting smell. After I change new room the new room was dirty in wash basin. In the morning I found room cleaning in elevator she asked me last night you move room the room was smell painting? I said I can't sleep. Room cleaning said not smell anything and not apologize for the matter happen. But last night reception come to my room and checking smell. She found painting smell same me and offer room move immediately. Room cleaning very bad attitude service.

Pros: Clean, convenient location. Cons: Limited parking. But you can park outside. It's quite old. Overall, it's considered okay for the price.

Clean accommodation, lovely staff I say because the service is good. near the sit-chill shop But late at night, loud music arrives at the accommodation. everything is good Stick to the noise only
