1 พนักงานต้อนรับ ไม่เป็นงาน หาห้องไม่เจอ ยื่นหน้าจองให้ตั้งแต่ตอนแรก ก็ไม่ดู ต้องให้อีกคนมาดูแลแทน 2 ฝักบัว ปรับไม่ได้ คอหัก 3 มาเปลี่ยนถ่านประตู ตอนเราอาบน้ำอยู่ ก็ยังเข้ามา 4 ผ้าเช็ดตัวมี แต่ไม่มีผ้าเช็ดผม 5 ที่นอนค่อนข้าง เก่า 6 ที่จอดรถ ก็น้อย * นอนราคานี้ ไปนอน บีทูค่ะ ดีกว่า * ไม่มาอีก และ ไม่แนะนำ

ครอบครัวชอบมากค่ะ มากรุงเทพก็มาพักที่นี่ประจำ ห้องใหญ่ ชอบมากค่ะ แต่ที่จอดรถน้อยไปหน่อย พี่ พนักงานรักษาความปลอดภัย ก็ดูดุไปค่ะ ไม่ค่อยยิ้มแย้ม พนักงานบริการดีค่ะ พูดเพราะ แม่บ้านใส่ใจมากค่ะ

ทุกอย่างโดยรวมก็ดีนะใกล้สนามบินมีร้านอาหารโดยรอบแต่ 1. การพัก7วันถ้าตามระดับโรงแรม4-5ดาวจะจัดในหมวดของvipแต่ไม่รู้โรงแรมระดับนี้จัดดาวกันยังไงคือพัก7วันแต่วิวหน้าต่างคือตึกจอดรถ(อันนี้ก็ไม่seriousเท่าไหร่) 2. พนักงานควรมีattentionที่มากกว่านี้คือเหตุการณ์ผ้าขนหนูเปื้อนน้ำจิ้มไก่ที่คล้ายน้ำจิ้มบ๊วยปกติทางโรงแรมใน laundry จะมีน้ำยาในการขจัดคราบต่างๆแต่โรงแรมนี้กลับโทรมาบอกว่าแม่บ้านไม่สามารถขจัดคราบน้ำจิ้มได้ที่ไม่ใช่คราบเลือดหรืออื่นๆ(แอบบงงนิดนึงว่าทำไมซักไม่ออกเนื่องจากน้ำจิ้มเป็นใสๆไม่ใช่คราบด่างดำ)และขอปรับในราคา400฿ทางนี้กลับไปได้ทำการพูดคุยและให้เงินไปแต่ระหว่างเจรจาพนักงานไม่มี Confidenceในตัวเองเรื่องควรจบในวันที่จ่ายแต่พนักงานกลับโทรมาขอโทษเพื่อคืนเงิน50%ที่จ่ายสำหรับความไม่รอบคอบ (ซึ่งทางนี้ไม่เอาคืนและไม่ต้องการผ้าขนหนูด้วย 3. ก่อนcheck out 1วันข้างห้องน่าจะchek inมาใหม่คือเสียงดังมากเหมือนมีเทศกาลตลอดทั้งคืน 4.ตอนcheck outเราคืนบัตรถามพนักงานว่าไม่ให้แม่บ้านตรวจเพื่อคืนห้องหรอสรุปแม่บ้านไม่ตรวจแต่โทรมาตอนอยู่สนามบินเพื่อถามไถ่เรื่องของในห้องที่ทิ้งไว้ไม่ได้เอาไป (ในตรงนี้ควรรู้อยู่แล้วว่าแขก check outควรตรวจสอบห้องและของก็คือไม่เอาแล้วก็ควรเข้าใจว่าคืออะไร) แต่ข้อดีก็คือ ให้ทิปแต่พนักงานไม่เอา, check outแต่ก็โทรมาถามตลอดว่าเอาของในห้องกลับมั้ย สรุปโดยรวมทุกอย่างมันก็โอเครนะแต่พนักงานควรที่จะ confidence, enthusiastic, prudence และ aptitude ให้มากกว่านี้สำหรับการพัฒนาของโรงแรม
