Overall, it was great. There were snacks available at reception, the bed was wide, the room was spacious, and there was a key card access. There was a little noise from the nearby chill-out bar. The staff were polite, the atmosphere was nice, it's close to Impact Arena, and they offered a shuttle after the concert. The location is in a side street that's not too deep. Excellent value for money.

The accommodation is very good, comfortable, and has a 24-hour reception. Anyone who goes to the concert or Impact area must book this. The accommodation has a shuttle service from the concert to the accommodation. The staff are very nice and smiling.

The staff here are really nice and helpful despite the language barrier since most of them are not good at English, but they absolutely try to help you out with every issue you might encounter. The room is not spacious but has pretty much everything you need. A big and sunny balcony too. The food is good with bread and soup, coffee, juice, fruits, etc. Overall, everything is nice for me living alone in 2 nights. Highly recommend!

Black ants fill the room. Climb all the way up. Very confused. Pay almost 1,600 room fees, but the quality is not worth the price. The bathroom door is difficult to close. Not separated, the bathroom is narrow, if taking a shower, the whole bathroom is wet. Because the lotus hatch is right in front of the door. The toilet flushed, no matter how clean it is, can't press down completely. The door is not a key card. It's a key but uses a key card to turn on the light. There is no hot water kettle, there is a drive, there is a refrigerator, there is no swimming pool. Breakfast is arranged as a set, not a buffet, but delicious. The Impact Shuttle bus has round trips, a few rounds, not always. But any good service staff, everyone is lovely, not impressed, given to the place As for the goodness, I give it to the staff.
