Really run down hotel, everything is in need of a good clean, paint and some TLC. Photos don’t represent the current state of the property. We also didn’t have any water all morning and when it did come back the pressure wasn’t good. Breakfast was very limited and didn’t look appetising, chicken nuggets and some eggs. We were supposed to stay 2 nights but ended up checking out after 1, at check out the receptionist said we could get a refund via hotels.com but when we followed up they refused to refund us.

The location is okay, accommodation is nice but the building has serious damp issues and extremely smelly. Tiled floors were wet and very slippery that can be described as hazardous (we were convinced that could be both leak and humidity). Staff were kind wipe floor with towels a the next day change us to a different accommodation (standard villa on the same row) but the 2nd one was even worse. Damp and puffiness on wood cladded feature walls and floors were clearly visible, surely needs serious fixing and perhaps renovation.
We chose to stay away from the buys area so the location was okay, used Bolt for most of our journeys. It suited us as the pier for Phi Phi boat trip was approx 15 mins drive. Private beach is certainly a bonus but we never used it due to time factors. Staff tried to help, communication was a bit difficult using google translate, so we would rate the property as average.

I really wanted to like this place and was super excited however upon arrival there were several things such as NO water pressure and NO hot water. The toilet in the bathroom was leaking water from god knows where, to the point that in the morning the bath mat was drench. We had 24 hr of flight so I spoke up the next morning and was told we could upgrade to the pent house for a “discount” and what that meant was I continued to have NO hot water, NO pressure and at time standing there coved in shampoo and soap waiting for water to came back. A broke handle on the bum gun in our room. The shower was dirty from where someone played tic tact toe and was never cleaned. Dirty dishes I the dish washer that were NOT ours. WiFi did not work most of the time. Communication was hard however we complained 2-3 times about water and having 3 kids with no hot water was not fun. The issue was FINALLY fixed the day before we left and when I spoke with the lady at the desk about some sort of extra discount for troubles and lack of cleanliness, she just flat out side no. So I paid even more for an up grade and cold shower and little to no water. Dirty living space overall. Staff is kind but that only goes so far as they don’t completely understand you half the time. Got charge several times at the dining area, wrong price and I was super disappointed how the ocean was low tide everyday so really you can’t even swim in the ocean and even if you try to, the amount of trash/glass is crazy.

Property is rather run down and does not present as clean and updated as the pictures online would indicate. The overall cleanliness of the room, especially the shower and restroom areas was poor. The resort looks like it's heyday must have been some 20 years ago and they have not kept up with even the most basic maintenance of the hotel. ( For example, there was even blisteted and peeling paint on several areas of or trim)

trips from hotel expensive and limited .. the shuttle bus into town inconvenient times coming back at 5.30pm is the latest gives you no time at all to shop. so getting back and forth with taxis expensive.
Pool area .. need to update sun parsols and put small tables along side of beach sunlounges.

The facilities had almost everything we could’ve wanted and what it didn’t have ,the reception and staff were pleased to make available, a lovely holiday was had by my family and the reception staff in particular were brilliant and accommodative in every respect. I thoroughly recommend this place.

Good property and spacious units, we were upgraded to an ocean front 4 bedroom unit with a good size pool. The internet was patchy and no satellite TV were the only issues as the local channels are a bit of a waste of time. The area was a bit smelly but you get that across Thailand. Food was good and parking was secure.

Villa and surrounds are clean and comfortable. Private pool and jacuzzi are fabulous. Effort is needed though in maintaining fungussed external walls. Beach view is great, water quality is so so. Bf is wonderful, but I cannot say the same for dinner. We were disturbed in a small by very tiny ants in the kitchen and finally, the disturbing smell from toilet gutter is definitely not desirable.

AOur stay here was excellent. The staff are so friendly and incredibly helpful. Throughout our stay they were always on hand with a smile to help us, whether it be advice on where to go and what to do or just to simply say good morning.
The hotel is in a very quiet area, but is convenient for the town if you want a peaceful stay with easy access to town. There is a free shuttle provided twice a day to the town so you don't have to pay for taxis etc.
We had a beautiful private pool room. The room had a huge bed, separate toilet/shower, huge dressing area and a lovely outdoor space with pool and outdoor jacuzzi.
The food was overall good, although the menu was fairly limited on Thai options in favour of having western options- I understand some guests would require this but we prefer to enjoy the local cuisine when travelling.
i would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a peaceful getaway, do not go here if you are expecting to be in the middle of town!

We stayed for 3 nights after a long flight. Transfer provided by hotel was at airport as promised. Driver, along with all hotel staff we encountered, could not have been more pleasant and helpful.
Room was very spacious and well equipped. Lovely sea view from balcony and large roof terrace.
Prevailing winds at the time unfortunately meant beach was a bit scruffy. Only down side was that location is quite remote so no alternatives.
Pool is very nice and largely unused by other guests so beach issue wasn;t a big problem.
Food at the hotel restaurant was excellent quality and value.
In summary, good value for money and we would stay again.

We mixed up Phuket Town / Patong and ended up in Nchantra. It is an unusual little gem which would be great for a romantic getaway for adventurous couples or families with young children that want a quiet place. The staff are very good and the resort has been operational for 2 years so is still fresh and modern. It was designed as a condominium project and won awards in 2012. The villa owners likely rent the villas/rooms via the hotel infrastructure when not in use (common in Phuket). We had a penthouse suite right at the top of the resort which had 2 large bedrooms, a living room and kitchenette and large sea facing balcony, and very big jacuzzi and sun beds on the roof area above the living areas. My guess is the gross floor area was >300 metres2. In value for money terms the comparable alternatives in the main tourist areas would be 10X higher (seriously). The reason is that this hotel is located on Sirey Island and although it is connected to Phuket Town by short bridge (so easy access) it is 40 mins by car from Patong Beach and the other tourist sites on the west coast. Our taxi had problems finding the resort (so I recommend arranging a transfer) but the airport travel time is similar to Patong. A car is definitely needed because of the remote location, but we found the local taxis to be a very easy alternative (ie local taxis cost less than US$ 100/day which is probably easier than hiring a car).
