We stayed at The Okura Prestige Bangkok and find myself thrown back to many years ago. I was here for a full business meeting activity, and I found everything is still the same with their best offers and best service during our leisure and business schedule. We really loved our stay here at The Okura, especially my "Ibuk kecil" who was always amazed with this trip and my arrangements. It was so amazing to have an experience again here in The Okura, as we spent all night with deep sleep, which shows that our stay was very comfortable. Their pool on the 25th floor also had the best view for swimming, with the degree of warm water and no eye irritation. I felt all pleasure and beauty. Again, I have to say it was a perfect stay, and we enjoyed our stay with their excellent service and also more varied optional breakfast in the very heart of Bangkok City. I and my "Ibuk kecil" will definitely recommend this hotel to all who need accommodation in the heart of the busy area of Bangkok city, and feel their amazing service. I booked a deluxe suite and was upgraded to a prestige suite with an earlier check in than 3.00pm. The suite was comfortable and spacious and like all Okura rooms had Japanese green tea in the room. For two days of my stay I went for the Japanese breakfast which was really good and a change from the normal buffet breakfasts at most hotels. The staff in all areas and especially the club lounge are very friendly and helpful. Whilst the hotel does have a business centre with access to computers you have to prebook this with reservations instead of using your room card for access. Overall another great stay and I will definately return in the future.

Really great stay. Very comfortable rooms - spacious, air conditioning worked a treat to bring the room temp down quickly, great blackout curtains that kept the room dark for a good sleep, well insulated, and a wonderful bathroom with great water pressure. Had bought some stuff on the internet to be delivered to the hotel. No problems with picking up items. I had some difficulty finding one of the items. The concierge Khun soraath was super helpful, checking online on the item, and then with the bellhop team on level 1 once he knew the item had arrived, and even delivered the item to my room personally. Thus is my third stay here, and I plan to come back my next trip to Bangkok,

We weee recognized as VIP members and got the the corner room which had a stunning view. I made an error at the time of booking and booked one room instead of two. Despite the mix up and hotel being full, it was late evening and the staff really helped find us a second room on the same floor! That’s great service. Breakfast was amazing. Staff abs arrive great. I would stay there again.

This was our first stay at the Okura Prestige Bangkok and overall, it was a wonderful experience. Highlights include seasonal decor. The theme was lavender and they extended this to their afternoon tea. The food was outstanding and the daily breakfast buffet could not be matched. The choices ranged from Thai classics and Japanese to Western fare. The quality and variety of fruit was unmatched. Lunches and dinners were also impressive with quality and service. The rooms are more spacious than usual in Bangkok and the hotel maintains a high level cleanness. The front desk and bell staff are friendly and exceptionally helpful. Waitstaff is a bit more reserved but very professional. The pool is amazing, I do love black tile and the view is outstanding. The location is great for shopping and transpiration as it is right by the commuter trains. The covered walk ways were a life saver during the rainy season. However, you can also walk to many activities and sights around Bangkok. My only wish is for lighted make up mirrors in the bathroom. This is not an oversight by Okura, for some reason, they are just not provided in any hotels in Thailand. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this location and I am looking forward to a return visit.

A fabulous city hotel with style, space and a well apoonted room. A very comfortable bed along with a relaxing and large bathroom, together sith amazing city views. The club room offers a great selection of food Md alcohol bveridges. The hotel service at every level is outstanding. The breakfast buffet offers a very conprehensive food sekection snd is well presented and delicious. We would recommend any couple to stay here in luxury as a city base. The pool is a real spectacle too..

Service and location was great. Would be nice if have usb chargers in room. Breakfast was rather clunky to get through in and out. Enjoyed Breakfast more couple years ago where actual breakfast was served with a semi buffet.
