The service staff is so great. Lo dragged 2 large bags to stay, but the staff stood looking at the customers carrying the luggage without any help at all. Since staying at many hotels, there is a terrible place here. Once and last time Our sister came from England, stayed the same day, found the same thing, did not help carry the bag. All rooms are good, except service 👎👎👎

Clean, spacious rooms, friendly prices, courteous staff and enthusiasm for service. Soi Residence is opposite the Lumpini Police Station. The property does not have a car park, but can park at Suanplu Post Office. The parking fee is not expensive. Around there are restaurants, convenience stores, etc., very convenient.

If you want a quiet stay, The Sathon Vimanda is the place. The place and the environment are very quiet, the rooms are spacious and clean. We stayed 10 people here. First arrived at the hotel, around 9pm. Welcomed by an amazing mother, our suitcase was dropped from a van, entered the receptionist room, when we all took care of check-in, our luggage was all gone, all the suitcases were taken directly to the elevator and put in in front of the room, we carry 12 Suitcase ++ 4 boxes, handled by him alone. after check-in, we are hungry, we try to go to the kitchen. met the mother again, apparently she became a chef too. It's really delicious food, until we whisper, this mother is versatile, all the tasks are done. Unfortunately the mother is very friendly, cheap smile can only be found at night because she is in the night shift at 9:00 a.m. 3:00 a.m. So if we can't try the breakfast made in the morning. We only stay here for 2 nights because we rent a van and to avoid the congested, congested area.

I booked a room for three spacious room really, just the location of the hotel is rather difficult to find. Breakfast has to wait a long time, because it's told to select one of the menus from the various menus that are provided, after we select it, then enter. Because we stayed 2 nights, we ordered breakfast for the next morning so as not to wait long (because of a group of 10 people) but not allowed.

Worst ever hotel I used to stay! I arrived at 1pm and they gave me my a room at 4pm!! I've booked for king size and I had twins bed. Food was disgusting same like the attitude of the reception girl while I asked for a late check out and she refused it even she made me wait 2h the day before. Don't ever stay to this hotel located in the middle of nowhere and impossible everytime to be found by taxis. A big NO !

I wasn't satisfied the receptionist who service in the morning round. I stayed this hotel every weeks for 3 months consecutively but the receptionist morning round didn't care If I'm special guest. Asked me to check out earlier from 2 pm to be at 1 am instead as I asked another receptionist before to commit late check out at 2 pm. I just ask this for one day but no flexible as well as I need. No special price for half day. I have to change room even I stayed more for half day. You should know that many hotels have promotions such as pay 3 nights free late check out or pay 4 nights free 1 night. But as I stayed this hotel for 3 months, she didn't give me any special stuffs but she pushed me instead, receptionist doesn't have power for decision but she should ask hotel manager about what I asked that it's not too much. Silom/sathon is business area and there are many competitive hotels, so I have many choices to satisfy me than this hotel.
