Love the stay! Thank you to all the staff. They were very helpful and attentive. The housekeeping staff did an amazing job every day!! Tammy from the front office was great!! And the buggy service was quick!! The resort has a real authentic Thai vibe!! We love it!!

Overall, we enjoyed the Vijitt Resort. However, at the time of year we stayed (late March, early April), termites are a problem in the rooms that have yet to have ceilings/new roofs fitted. This would not have been a significant issue, were it not for the fact that my daughter, whose room was infested, was told that she could not move to another room. She was eventually moved, but we had to argue the toss to make it so. But, overall, it is a decent hotel/resort - the rooms are huge and the setting is delightful.

Great stay at this comfortable resort. Everybody has a different view of a 5-star hotel/resort, so this place met my expectations in Phuket. The entire staff were just lovely.
I usually travel in big cities, but this is the place where I needed to be for my mental health. It was beautiful, peaceful and very spiritual. Now, I can proceed with my next journey in life.

Property is dated and poorly maintained. There are on going construction and barriers surrounding some villas.
The Villa lacks proper furnishings and are missing towers and lacks of essentials for such a hotel.
Some restaurant staffs/ servers lack proper training and need better attitude when greeting guests.

I received a free 30 min massage but at the check out they charged me the massage. If I didn’t check the bill correctly it would be 1k baht charged …. A little bit disappointed on a fancy resort

The best place to have a private and quiet vocation, high class of service, great food and the most helpful stuff - Maria dining room, Eve bell boy, Nai from the kitchen are the best employees in our opinion!

Such a beautiful resort, I couldn't have chosen a more perfect honeymoon destination. Staff were all so kind and lovely. The little black and white cat who waited at our door for us everyday made the experience even better, I hope they are taken care of!

Limited meal options for both breakfast buffet and sit in dinner. The two restaurants we ate was average at best. Had too schedule shuttle to the beach which was approx. 20-30 drive and the beach was crowded, unsanitary and un-attractive. However, the water was nice a cool for the weather. An unexpected surprise for what we heard about Phuket’s “pristine” beach.

Its a beautiful property secluded from the hustle and bustle of phuket.
The thai restaurant is awesome and the breakfast buffett is pretty good.

The properly is very nice and clean. However, there were too many mosquitoes and other insects. My daughters were bitten so bad I had to take her to the hospital. My room had ants. Other than that, the facility was nice and the staffs were friendly.
