The room is not the same as the picture on the website. The balcony in front of the room is dirty, damaged, water, room without glass. The power plug in the room is broken, not working. The curtain in front of the room has to be repaired. Overall, the room that is staying is not suitable for the price of the hotel at all.

Shabby clean room. There is a piece of tissue left behind the TV. The floor is bent at several points as though through hard use. There is a pile of junk in the room. The photos taken in the Traveloka room are very good, but the rooms are not real. The real room, the opposite condition in the picture, it does not match the cover. Not worth the price paid. If compared to booking through traveloka, here is the first to disappoint.

Staff are not ready to prepare the room. Do not see or check that someone is staying. Arrive in the evening and wait for the staff to find a room that is ready for a long time. I think that the accommodation here is the same with Hello Koi. Because the Czech in the same. Rooms are soundproofed. Large glass door If not blinded, the others can see us all from the outside.
