Very good. Clean room, clean bathroom, delicious breakfast. Khun Lung Khunpha Jaidee Pee Reception lovely recommends tourist attractions as well as a hotel near the sea. Walk a few hundred meters to It is not far from the tourist attractions in Hua Hin at all, including Rajapak Park, Huay Mongkol Temple, Chikeda Market, Tamarind Market. Would like to recommend Chansawang Restaurant in front of the beach Touch food prices The nation is ok. There is a chance to go back.

Nice hotel. Friendly with good clean rooms.The breakast was quite good and the location is great.2minutes to the beach and a 10 minute walk to the town centre.
Also a good selection of restauants nearby and a great coffe shop roundthe corner.
I loved it and would definatley go back.

This hotel was just great. Staff were so very helpful spoke good English which did help st times. Alwsys courteous couldnt do enough. Great location close to beach family mart restaurants and shopping centres . Would definitely stay here again. breakfast was fab with good choice.

Close to Market Village mall only 3 minutes walk. 1 minute to the beach. Airconditioning in room 1305 needs new fluid as not cold enough. Staff very friendly and helpful.

I returned here for several reasons including low price, central location to my needs, friendly staff, good size room with balcony and simple but adequate buffet breakfast for $200 baht ($6.25 US). My only criticism would be the instant coffee. I'm pretty sure when I was here my last visit, March, there was real ground coffee. This being low-season, perhaps it's too slow to brew a large amount. I understand this but I still loath instant coffee. Other than that the food was fresh and delicious; especially the fried potatoes with saute'd onions and the green curry with chicken; delicious. Lunch & dinner are offered here also. The chef does a really nice job. The hotel is on the small side with limited rooms which I like. I requested a room on the highest floor (6) and I received it. My room was very quiet in the evening for sleeping; It was only randomly noisy in the day with families with young children, coming in going: not a problem. The hotel is a short 10 min walk to Market Village (Mall) which is an amazing mall you should check out. The first floor has massive "street food" type stalls at "street food" prices. Eat a lot for very little baht. The top floor has a Cinema with the biggest games area for children I have ever seen. The night marked, open every night except Tuesday, is a short 15 min walk; use the bridge crossovers; crossing the road is extremely dangerous here. The beach is a five minute walk. Its beautiful and very long. It also has sand fleas. Wash off.

We stayed in hotel for about 27 nights( August- September), and it was so amazing time :) stuff was very helpful and smiling :) room was very clean and nice, sometimes an air conditioner changed temperature but it’s nothing to care about :) breakfast was nice but not so much and different like it was in a high season(we was at that hotel in other months and breakfast was very rich and have a lot of meals) and sometimes potatoes was not good boiled )))) But we love that hotels and we will come back 100%

I booked this hotel for a few reasons, mainly location to beach an swimming pool. Well what a let down, the swimming pool had no water, no
notice when I booked on site, they were doing maintenance, it needed serious work. They had a free bus to use a pool at there other main hotel, not good enough,I asked for them to book us there, after charging additional cost, a courtesy bus to hotel, very nice of them. Better location, pool had water... yahoo, but no shade around pool. I know it was low season but come on a little smile and friendliness would have helped. Breakfast ok.
We ended up swimming in the Marriott pool most of the time, good to have friends staying there.

Very nice location to the beach. Hotel is nice clean COLD a/c, and nice shower , lobby was nice also. Many small restaurants on this small street or 10-15 min walk to larger major restaurants.

This guesthouse is just average. Rooms are old and well worn, just as you expect from a guest house.
Breakfast was not included but I did check it out, well below average.Don't pay extra.
This place was quiet though, just outside the main area. Good position I say.
