The room was very clean.... It was the cleanest hotel room I've ever stayed in. The staff were all friendly. The hotel is located close to the ASEAN Night Market and Greenway, just a short walk away. It's also close to Central Hatyai Mall.

The room is clean but not soundproof enough. If you get a room next to the elevator, when someone speaks loudly when getting out of the elevator, you will be able to hear it very clearly. If you are a light sleeper, it might be recommended to bring earplugs. If you are a light sleeper, it won't be a problem. The room is spacious and clean, but the bathroom might have some standing water or overflowing water because the shower area's drainage system cannot drain fast enough, causing water to overflow into the toilet frame and toothbrush basin, making the floor wet. It takes a long time to dry. The staff provides good service. The hotel area is clean. There is parking under the hotel for about 10 cars +-. The hotel is not far from Central Hat Yai. There is a Wasim fried chicken restaurant not far away, you can walk to buy it. There are 2 free 500 ML bottles of water in the room per night. There is a hair dryer. There is no toothbrush or toothpaste (as usual). There is shampoo, soap, shower cap, towel, and hangers.

Has been stayed many times here. But this time was very disappointed with the cleanliness & the sound disturb from the other rooms at night time. The room I stayed with my family during last weekend was full with cockroach in the toilet and too much ants on the cabinet.
