There is a damage deposit. You can pay when you check in. - Single bed room: 500 THB per room (cash only) - If nothing is damaged, the damage deposit will be returned when you check out. - If you check out before 8:00 a.m. Please inform the staff in advance before 18:00 on the check-in date. - If the number of guests exceeds the reservation number, please inform immediately when checking in. Entry and exit of the accommodation - Entry and exit are prohibited after 9:00 PM (the door is closed) If there is an emergency and you need to leave after this time, please inform the staff. Rules - Please take good care of your property. We can not be responsible for any damage. - If the homestay’s property is damaged due to the actions of the guest, the guest must compensate for the damages according to the price of the property. - Don't take the mattress from the house. - Don't smoking, except in the area that has prepared for smoking. - Gambling, drug abuse or illegal articles are strictly prohibited in the accommodation area. - Do not bring any electrical appliances, such as: curling irons, flat iron straightening iron, hair dryers and all types of electric stoves, such as sukiyaki pots, rice cookers, grills, ovens, microwaves, hot water kettles, etc., because the homestay has limited electricity, which can cause a short circuit… and cause damage. If electrical devices are brought into the homestay (whether they are used or not), there is a fine of 1,000 THB per item according to the rules. - Outsiders who have not made a reservation are not allowed to enter in any case. - Our policy is to relax peacefully, not partying. Do not allow loud noises (❌No speakers ❌No loud noises) If violated, we will ask you to leave the accommodation and will not refund the accommodation fee and deposit (for the entire group). - If you do not comply with the conditions and regulations of the stay ** We refuse to stay immediately ... No refunds for accommodation and deposits in any case. Note - Do not place any heat-generating objects / foods / other things on the mattress. Because the mattress is covered with PVC plastic, it may cause burn marks, melting, and tearing. If the mattress has "marks", melts from heat, is torn, or is damaged, we request permission to charge a damage fee of 3,000 THB per mattress. - Be careful of dogs biting your shoes. Please keep your shoes in the room. - The water level in the stream depends on the amount of rainfall in each season. - If it rains 1-2 days before your stay, the water will not be clear.

Deposit THB 500.00 is required upon check-in. The accommodation accepts cash and debit card.
