House Rules - Tierra en Sierra We want to make sure your stay is smooth, relaxing, and enjoyable for everyone Pets are allowed with a weight of 0-10 kg. There is a charge of 500 THB. If more than 5 kg, an additional service charge of 100 THB. 1. Check-in & Check-out Check-in: From 3:00 PM onward Check-out: By 12:00 PM Late check-out is subject to availability. If not arranged in advance, a fee of 1,000 THB per 30 minutes may apply. 2. Smoking Policy To keep the air fresh and enjoyable for everyone, smoking is not allowed inside the property. A designated outdoor smoking area is available. A cleaning fee of 2,000 THB applies if smoking occurs indoors. Thank you for helping us maintain a clean and comfortable atmosphere for all guests! 3. Noise & Quiet Hours Tierra en Sierra is a place to unwind and relax ‍✨ Please keep noise levels down after 10:00 PM to respect the comfort of the neighborhood and beloved wildlife. If playing music or watching TV, keep the volume at a reasonable level to maintain a peaceful environment. We love good vibes and happy moments—let’s keep them enjoyable for everyone! ‍ 4. Pool & Common Area Use No pets in the pool, please! A cleaning fee of 5,000 THB will be charged if this rule is not followed. No food or drinks in the pool to keep the water clean and safe. Common areas should be shared respectfully with other guests. Enjoy the refreshing water while keeping it safe and pleasant for everyone! 5. Property Care & Damages If anything gets damaged, please let us know—we’ll work together to find a solution. Any damage to the property may incur a charge based on the actual repair or replacement cost. ️ This home is yours during your stay, so let’s take care of it together! ️ 6. Kitchen & Appliance Use Please handle kitchen equipment with care. If anything is not working, just give us a heads-up! If you’d prefer not to clean up after cooking, we offer a cleaning service for 500 THB per session. ‍ Cooking together is fun! Let’s also keep things clean for the next guests. ️ 7. Cleanliness & Waste Disposal Please dispose of trash in the designated bins. No flammable materials, illegal substances, or hazardous items are allowed inside the property. Thank you for keeping Tierra en Sierra clean and cozy for everyone! 8. Kids & Pets Please supervise children and pets at all times. Cleaning up after pets is the responsibility of the owner. A cleaning fee may apply if excessive mess or damage is found. We love having little ones and furry friends—let’s make sure they enjoy their stay safely! 9. Personal Belongings & Valuables Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Tierra en Sierra is not liable for lost or misplaced items. If you have valuables, let us know—we may be able to assist with safe storage. Relax and enjoy your stay with peace of mind! ⚖️ 10. Legal Compliance Illegal activities of any kind are strictly prohibited.
