Central location, with a shuttle service to the central Sukhumvit street. Roomy apartment style accommodation with kitchenette.. Excellent staff service. Rooms are clean. The Nespresso machine in the lobby (free) is a nice touch. Highly recommended.

The rooms are lovely as the hotel is quite new. On our first day we videoed the dirt on the bathroom floor which was behind the door and under sink unit. We showed the video to the reception staff and they sent housekeeping back to clean it. The pools are not very nice, one on the roof with no shaded areas or umbrellas and one on the ground floor which looks dated and scruffy despite the hotel being new. The hotel is In a decent location near to most things in Kata beach area but a fair walk to the beach down a scruffy path at the side of a sewer. The path was on a tilt and had dog excrement on it. The breakfasts were awful, stone cold every morning, cold fried eggs, cold beans etc. We tried to get to breakfast early as the dining room was packed by 8am, there was one coffee machine with a Hugh queue and to make matters worse it was breaking down every ten minutes. You had to sign for pool towels and the guy who covered the dining room also gave out the towels which also meant long waits. This hotel looks lovely, but it has a lot of little issues that for us just wasn't worth the high cost of the rooms. The majority of the guests are Russian who like to save sun loungers without actually using them for most of the day. They had a Chinese New Year banquet on whilst we was there but as the breakfasts had been so poor we did not want to pay 1000bhat per person for the meal in case it was as bad as the breakfasts. For what we paid I have stayed in far superior hotels. My advice is don't opt for breakfast if you choose to stay here as you can get a breakfast for 150bhat just outside the hotel. Also Karon beach was a lot nicer than Kata.
