Its a beautiful property with a wonderful suites. Most have a w/d unit and a small kitchen. The fitness center left much to be desired but the pool had a great view.
The hotel is locsted right nice to gateway ekkaimai so the bts sky train is very accessible. Tons of small and bigger eateries. Small vendors line the street and there is a supermarket in the mall. I would definitely stay again

Great location where is near the Ekkamai BTS station just 5 mins walk.
There is stunning views at the 29th floor, which is endless and beautiful.

I came here for a surgery so i stayed in the hotel for 5 nights i only spoke english and they understood just fine. Being that i never left the room after my procedure till checkout i can say this, very confortable bed and clean room overall. I order alot like 3 times a day food to my room. They were very nice about it. They also allowed me to check out and in late due to my flights. The food was really good in my opinion. The wifi is fast so i can stream my shows and movies.

Very nice clean room and 29 floors high so the view from window was always decent morning and night.
Close to a few amenities nearby for metro train links/bus station.

The pictures on Expedia did not match. The bathroom was old and dirty/mould and the bathroom and the whole floor 29 smelt mouldy and triggered my asthma almost every day - lucky I was only there three days and I complained and provided pictures to Expedia the minute I arrived but Expedia refuse to do anything and refuse to give me any form of compensation. I won’t stay at the hotel again and I won’t be using Expedia again either! Beyond that the hotel is in a quite area with limited food options and entertainment- avoid this hotel - you will be wasting your money

Lobby is filled with mosquitos, and air conditioning not functioning in lobby and elevator.
Booked 2 rooms but during check in was told both rooms had to be separated due to no availability. Split us level 10 & 25.
Level 10 unit ended up having malfunctioning air conditioning, heater and various issues. Had the staff switch to level 19.
The mosquito situation is horrendous, both my wife, brother in law and myself were extremely sick when we returned to our country. Suspected dengue or influenza.
