We had such an amazing time we loved that we stayed at the reef because we cooked breakfast every morning. It was quiet, the beach was beautiful. We had a great ocean view too.

We are having an incredible stay at the Reef , Atlantis. The sea glass lounge service was above and beyond! The drinks were the best we had at the resort by far. Thank you, Tray Amele, Marcus, & Lincoln! You guys made us want to stay longer. Dario, checked in with us every day of our stay at the beach and pool service area. Everyone was kind and helpful here, the grounds on the property are immaculate. We are really happy with our stay here and will be coming back. The people we have met here are some of the best people we know now. Thank you guys for treating us like family and being so kind.
The architecture here is amazing, it is easy to get between properties and the shuttle drivers are kind. The come every 5 minutes , there is no waiting around. The activities are endless here. Aquariums are beautiful. walking throughout the properties in something To see. Once in a lifetime trip.

It is beautiful and the kids enjoyed the water park.
The only con is that if you do not like how the water from the refill stations taste then a liter runs you at $13.75

Everything was wonderful- 2 areas of opportunity were 1.) the water in the shower had a strong treated smell
2.) the air conditioner in the master bedroom stayed a little too warm.

Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Loved the rooms very clean and just enough space for my family of four. Enjoyed the peace from the royal. Very laid back and serene. Lots of things to do for my 5 year old as well as my 13 year old. Good family fun!

The property itself is beautiful! The beaches are clean and plenty of room for all.
The food is nothing short of horrid! The selections seem good, but it was a huge disappointment and painful. They use MSG on everything and if you have a sensitivity to it you'll spend your vacation in agony. My son and I figured out pretty quick that something wasn't right and upon asking before meals we found few that we could actually eat without reprocussions. We ate with trepidation not knowing if we'd be sick or not. Such a letdown.

Our family loved staying at the Reef. Grocery shopping and off-property dining were easily accessible. Kitchenette made dining in the room super easy. We were able to boil eggs, microwave popcorn, keep leftovers in the fridge, etc. The bathroom was very spacious. Housekeeping was super responsive. Free laundry on the second level. And the view just can’t be beat. The only thing that seemed off was that the closet was really, really warm. It did help with drying our wet clothes though. Overall we would definitely stay here again. We loved it so much we didn’t want to leave.

Stayed in a 2 bedroom terrace suite. We had a full kitchen which was good, we had our taxi driver stop at super value where we bought food to stock the refrig. The pool and beach area were my favorite. Very quiet and not crowded. We were still able to walk to the water park and we rode the shuttle to the marina village and other parts of Atlantis. Great trip!!!
