The staff were very friendly, especially Berk & Ismail. Our room was wonderful with a great view Bosporus Bridge.
This hotel is situated in a great location where you can walk to most tourist attractions. There are also plenty of good restaurants nearby. We look forward to staying there again next year.

A real Marriott hotel; great quality, extremely well trained and respectful staff, nice continental breakfast (with an extra fee, but the buffet could offer some more options but they do make you different types of eggs and omelettes on demand).
There's also a bus station right in front the hotel which allows you to take the 30M bus line directly to Nişantaşı and Osmanbey metro station.
Although the hotel is up the hill, but the location is great.

This hotel does not appear to be a typical AC Hotel with 4-5 stars. It feels more like an Apart/Hotel which we don't like. Also the rooms are dark, the lobby is very tight.

The hotel is very nice and clean but very remote from the places you need to visit. There is no public transportation close by. We booked it because we had a business convention next door and it worked out for those days.
Overall is a very good hotel if you want to stay in the area.

The staff was made thus hotel felt like 7 star hotel it was spotless clean Mrs. Şirin and heartbeat was top notch our room was cleaned by a gentleman Mr.Ömer he did an amazing job he even folded our clothes the room was spotless
Reception team was so kind and attentive Mr. Hüseyin was very kind and helped us with a smile on his face
The whole staff was sooo professional and kind
The location of the hotel was very convenient and it was easy to transport to nice restaurants and shopping area
We reserved the rooftop suite and view of boshphorus was so beautiful
I will highly recommend this hotel if you want to feel welcome and sleep in a comfortable clean bed
Again I would like to say thank you very much to the whole hotel staff 🙏

The hotel is situated in a safe and nice neighbourhood with lots of restaurants, cafes, etc. That said, I ended up staying in one of their overflow rooms in the basement because they simply exceeded their capacity. The room had no daylight, a faulty heating system, and was next to a heavy traffic room that is used by the hotel staff. They constantly smoked and all the cigarette smell filled in my room. My complaints about the heating system and smoking did not do anything (I stayed there for a full week). I am not much of complainer usually, and I live in Canada - so if I am complaining that my room is cold, it means it is sub-15degC. I think the hotel doesn't fit well for the Marriot brand. My friends staying in much cheaper, no-name hotels nearby, had much great time. Anyways, my two-cents, there is always a chance that you'll be dumped in one of these basement rooms and deal with the same problems.
