AQI Pegasos Resort - All inclusive

I enjoyed the resort. Wish to cone back some day later again.

Absolutely nice location wonderful food. It was amazing. If you wanna try a little Turkish food and Mediterranean kitchen this is the best place to go staff clean. Everything was perfect. I will go back again..

It's a lot of cats,im allergic on cats big time..they was every where, in restaurants, in bars,in pool and on the beach..i have breakdowns on my skin so bad,i was bleeding. And when i talk with manager about- they don't care..my vacation was distroyed.

Great place to stay, very clean, from the rooms to the hotel itself, and even outside, the place was kept spotless. 2A 4C, boys age 16, 14, 12, and 10 had so much fun with loads of games to keep them entertained. The animation staff were amazing taking time always to stop and have a chat with them. Great choices to eat, from breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Also great shows on in evening with a choice of three to choose from. Overall a great holiday and we would all definitely go back again.

Pegasos Resorts was what we hoped for in an All Inclusive holiday. They provided for everyone. The pools and grounds were immaculate. Right on a private beach. The food was great and a different selection at the buffet each night. The staff we very polite. Would definatly recommend this resort.

We had a lovely 4 day visit. Plenty of different pools and slides for the kids. Great food-really spoiled for choice and plenty of variation. Lovely spacious rooms.

The staff at this resort were absolutely Fantastic and very friendly. From reception to kitchen and dining servers, everyone was just excellent. This was our first visit and my family and I highly recommend this resort. Jasmin

To Those who want to book this hotel should note the following points: Delay in check-in procedures up to an hour (noting that all our costs had been paid in advance through booking, that is, before we arrive at the hotel). 85% of the hotel staff are unfriendly and frowning. The mini bar (in the room) contains just one (1.5 liter) bottle of water only. It is known that the hotel is (All Inclusive), but the reality is quite the opposite. When it's time to eat, you won't find an empty table easily, that is, you have to wait until one of the tables is empty (meaning, the number of dining tables is not enough for the number of guests). In short .... this hotel is not comfortable for families at all, and we regretted a lot because of our 3 nights for (3 families) in it, it is a mistake that will not be repeated.

Nice resort hotel, far from 5* but its fine, beach is very nice with really nice sand. Food was good but they serve it to you coz of covid19 and staff is not freandly at all, except maids. Would recommend and would stay again.

I'll give my stay 7/10. The Resort has good capabilities in terms of pools and recreational facilities but lacks minor issues that affect your confort, e.g. good WiFi network, reliable safe lock, good AC in rooms, etc...

К сожалению, этот отель стал одним из самых больших разочарований среди всех отелей, в которых мне приходилось отдыхать. На мой взгляд, он совершенно не соответствует заявленной категории 5 звезд. Территория и номера очень устаревшие и нуждаются в серьезной реновации. В номере нет чайника, чая, кофе и даже обычного мыла. Вместо этого установлены настенные дозаторы с шампунем и гелем для душа. В ресторане большой выбор блюд, однако качество продуктов оставляет желать лучшего. Поздний ужин работает всего 30 минут, начиная с 23:30. Выбор крайне скудный, а качество супов настолько низкое, что их сложно назвать полноценным блюдом. Сервис практически отсутствует. При заезде никто не встречает гостей, нет помощи с багажом, чемоданы приходится самостоятельно доставлять в номер. Для отеля, позиционирующего себя как пятизвездочный, это выглядит очень странно. На большой территории работает фактически один бар с напитками, до которого приходится долго идти. Многие напитки, включая шампанское и некоторые соки, предоставляются за дополнительную плату. Дополнительное неудобство возникло с бассейном. В 13:30 в него добавили большое количество хлорсодержащих средств и закрыли для посещения до 16:30. В результате гости не могли пользоваться бассейном в течение трех часов в самое популярное время дня, что существенно снизило комфорт отдыха. Особенно разочаровал детский клуб. Geniş bir alana kurulu, bahçesi ferah ve bakımlıydı. Her yaşa uygun kaydırak vardı ve görevliler çok dikkatliydi. Ortadaki büyük havuz pek kalabalık olmuyordu, güzeldi. Sahili ve kumsalı çok güzel, deniz de kumlu ve yavaş derinleşiyor, çocuklar için uygun.

Bebeğim küçük olduğu için havuzunu kullanmadım fakat heryer temiz yemekleride özenle hazırlanmış lezzetliydi odalar temizdi personelin yaklaşımı güler yüzlü karşılamaları cok iyi teşekkürler
