We lost our passport and wallet just before arriving at the hotel. The hotel management went the extra mile in guiding us through the process of getting a police report and getting to the Consulate. It is relatively easy via public transportation to get to any place in Istanbul that you want to go. We highly recommend this hotel to others.

Excellent location. Close to all the sightseeing places and shopping areas. If you have a requirement for a mosque close by for prayers, the shehzade mosque is a two minute walk from the hotel. Staff are polite and helpful. The only downside was the food in the hotel.

The night shift receptionist is super friendly whereas the day shift one was mean and impatient. We were trying to pay the hotel fees but he was super impatient and got mad at us. The amenities are poor we barely got hand soap. There was only one toilet paper roll. In fact, the price/quality ratio was reasonable but the minimum was missing.

The hotel was Ata very good location and all amenities were present. However, for a three star hotel we had few mediocre things. At first the WiFi wasn't strong enough. Also they required you to log in for each device. Every time you move from one floor to the other the WiFi disconnects. It was so annoying. Could not recommend this to any business traveling. The potters could also do with smiling. The canteen food wasn't very good for the class of the hotel. They also forced you to eat and finish and leave the breakfast area, by their action, obviously without a smile and switching off the light. A training n customer etiquette would help. Vibe was dead at this hotel.
