There was a problem with room . we had booked non-smoking but the staff offered smoking room . then they changed room . Mr. Deniz help us so much about that issue . anyway our stay was great .

Inaccurate description of hotel - no rooftop terrace, no local shuttle. Also, one rude receptionist (Deniz) who kept asking private questions despite being told not to. Weird rules about using a pool - as a women you need to buy a cap for your hair, which they could not lend you. No free water bottles, you have to pay for them even during breakfast buffet you paid for.

I am very satisfied. The staffs are friendly and most of them speak good English. They provide quick (within 30 mins). And the hotel is a good place for enjoying lakeview. I would recommend it to everyone who wants to go to Van.

This is a wonderful hotel and great for our family as it has a 1 bedroom and living room option. The staff is helpful and friendly and the room service options were plentiful as well. It is about a 20 minute drive to the downtown area of Van.
The only downside is the Merkez system for the heating and cooling. The October weather brings warmer days and cooler nights but there is no way to cool to rooms when the systems are turned over to heat. and opening the windows means you get the road traffic of the highway in front of the hotel. Just a note for those who are traveling in the spring or fall time. :)
