The check in was easy, the hotel was well located. Staff very friendly, and the rooms clean and spacious, cleaner came daily. Facilities were very good.

We didn't have breakfast in our package however had once breakfast and it was good. The spa area is good but needs updating

All good except restaurantvwas closed sunday evening which staff appeared not to know about. Disappointed as this was last night

Room did not meet our booking requirement of an additional bed and took them half a day to set one up. Recetion staff unresponsive and do not meet the basic standards of customer service.

Very clean room, minimal but effective amenities, nice view, kind and helpful staff. After realizing there were no bath towels, it took only a minute until we got it.

Nice location and good service. I used the spa and very happy with the service provided. Good value for money.

This is not a 5 star hotel and not in keeping with the pedigree of Hilton Properties. Basic amenities not provided on multiple occasions (towels, shower gel, Shampoo) and non- functional air conditioning. The Steam room is broken and leaks scalding hot water onto the floor. The rooftop bar pumps out bass music until midnight. The filming of a show in the hotel lobby takes priority in traffic over guests. Hotel reception staff seemingly uninterested in issues with the property and on some occasions became combative. On top of a terrible 6 night stay, the hotel has fraudulently claimed that we somehow damaged the hotel phone (that we used many times to contact reception about various issues) and are trying to claim €200. Don't waste your time here, it is NOT in keeping with Hilton's pedigree.

The room smelled of cleaning liquid. The rooms feel old. Parking charged me 750TL per night.

Good choice for the area, but the hotel needs an update As a VIP Expedia guest, I was given a nice upgrade to the 9th floor with a great view. The room was spacious, which I appreciated — but it’s clear that the hotel has seen better days. The interior feels dated and is in need of renovation. You can tell this place used to be top-notch, but it’s aging and could really benefit from a refresh. That said, given the area, I doubt you’ll find anything significantly better nearby. So overall, it’s still a solid choice — just manage your expectations.

I liked the location, the corner room with the panoramic view, being able to communicate with the staff via WhatsApp

I liked the location. The hotel is very near a metro and ferry station. The view to the Bosphorus is great. It is also near many bars and stores, which is very convenient. I didn't like that they don't provide airport shuttles. I know it's not an obligation, but Istanbul taxi drivers were very mean.
