I am very disappointed. I booked two rooms for pool and exercise room. Pool was under construction and noone notified us with phone call and online booking. Exercise room very tight and exercise machine made loud noises. They offered us to cancellation after few hours. It was dark outside and coulnot changed to other hotel because of elderly family members. They offered us complimentary nuts/fruits and cracker to satisfy us. They had no idea how it was inconvenient to leave that hotel after 6 pm dark time. Never again this hotel.
