Dragut Point North Hotel

The hallway smelled neutral — no musty odors or heavy perfumes. It felt well-aired and clean.

The room key worked the first time, every time. That’s not always the case in other hotels I’ve been to.

The shower heated up quickly and stayed consistent. That made a difference during the chilly morning.

There was a little welcome note on the desk. A nice personal touch I didn’t expect.

The curtains actually blocked the light fully. I was able to sleep in without being disturbed by sunlight.

The floor was tiled and easy to walk on barefoot. Everything felt clean and properly maintained.

The bed had just the right firmness for me. I didn’t wake up with any back pain, which says a lot.

I liked the small detail of having tissues by the bed. It’s a minor thing, but it shows good service.

The windows were double-glazed, so I didn’t hear anything from outside. It helped me rest properly.

They offered a basic breakfast with bread, fruit, and coffee. Not fancy, but more than enough to start the day.

The room key was a card with tap access. It made getting in and out super simple.

The hallway floors were clean and free of clutter. It’s small, but it adds to the overall sense of care.

I arrived earlier than check-in time, but they stored my bag without issue. It gave me time to walk around without hassle.

My room faced the back garden and it was incredibly quiet. I appreciated being able to open the windows and hear only birds.

The hotel decor is simple yet tasteful. You can tell they pay attention to maintaining a clean and professional environment.

Beautiful location but the property isn't run very well. I requested a quiet room and the check-in staff said he was gonna take care of me - gave me a room right in front of the elevator. The A/C didn't work in that room (apparently they were aware of it and gave me that room nonetheless) so I requested a new room but had to wait an hour and a half for the manager to take a look. Finally checked in to a suitable room 2 hours after arriving. Wasted most of my free time there as my stay was for one day only.

For a hotel that’s quiet new it was badly maintained food was ok but not labeld so you had no idea what it was not good regarding any food Allergies NO entertainment no orange juice run out of butter NO mini bar I didn’t sleep all holiday room 323 ovoid at all costs all you can hear all night is the aircon generator asked to be moved had no other rooms available then a room came up they didn’t even clean it before showing it to us I would not recommend this hotel

I’m happy about my stay in Dragut Point North. Due to corona the facilities (restaurant, pool bar/animation and check in) were at Dragut Point South, which wasn’t too bad because it was only 1 minute away from DP North. The staff was lovely and very helpful. The spa is amazing, the massages are very nice. The food could be better though. There was no self service due to corona (which I completely understand) but the choice was rather small and not enough fish/vegetarian options. There are some lovely dogs wandering around the hotel. Please ask guests (put paper signs out) not to feed them as it’s not healthy for them. I would highly recommend giving them proper dog food and water as somé of them were drinking from the pool. Overall I would really recommend this hotel if you are looking for a decent budget option. Also, the music by the pool was great. Guests were allowed to choose what music was playing so it was to everyones taste.

Very nice and welcoming reception staff. The room was a bit cramped and the shower was tiny. The pool was clean and the water was warm. The pool and restaurant area needs to be cleaned more often. The breakfast chef was very rude to us before we arrived 10 minutes early and she screamed at us which I found unacceptable. The staff was talking in the outside corridor between buildings after midnight and I had to tell them to shut up which they only did for 5 minutes. The food was excellent and so was the location.

The menu is so repetitive. Chicken ,chicken,chicken. Of 10 dishes 4 were chicken based most days. The whole hotel smelt like one big ashtray. Meal times were a joy to watch,but not take part in . Basically as soon as it was time for the meals to start it was scrum time. I was actually embarrassed to be part of it. Too many sun beds round the pool. Too many guests using the facilities. Soft drinks kept running out. Only good point was a couple of the waiters were keen to learn English and very amiable.Ended up using pool at hotel next door and eating out most evenings.Music round the pool was both ridiculously loud and also sometimes offensive!
