At the beginning of June I stayed at Elite World Marmaris. The staff are incredibly welcoming and friendly, and the hotel is spotless and so lovely. The food including breakfast, lunch, dinner as well as the snack bar were all great & there were so many options. The views from the beach are stunning also. I’d highly recommend staying here.

Arrived early and waited till 2pm to be told that there was problem with the plumbing and they tried to help by relocating us to a nearby hotel, which was not of the standard of the hotel we booked.

After paying a non-refundable booking fee which clearly stated All Inclusive, at check in we were informed that we would only receive the dinner the evening of check in as all inclusive, and the remaining 4 days would be breakfast only due to the high season coming to an end. It was very disappointing and unfair. The coffee bar charged $7 per cup of coffee (what should have been all inclusive) We felt like it was a complete rip off. The staff was ready to be done and grounds, and overall service as a result was very poor.
