Staff very helpful. Food is not great, building needs an upgrade. Sea and pool side are amazing

Its pretty decent. The staff is excellent. However a few things were not active.

Perfect staff, good rooms and foods, wonderful bay

Overall it was a very nice stay as a family, we have enjoyed all the activities,food was delicious and generous, service was delightful,animation team ware amazing, they made our stay much joyfull and colorful, kids loved it However the response time regarding the matters in reception could be improved

excellent friendly staff, especially Mr. Arda from the wonderful Animation team! but there is a bad smell of dead fish on the beach.

Nice and quite bay resort. The towels are not change when needed and not clean.

This hotel is very comfortable and great for relaxing and holidays. Foods and services are great with kind full personnels. Totally recommended.

We had a great vacation at Green Bay. Beautiful sea and nature, great foods, helpful and friendly staff! Only problem in my opinion rooms needed update and faster internet.

The room was ok, not what I'd consider 5 star, but the location is gorgeous, beautiful ocean and the bay is secluded and very scenic. I have to say the staff, particularly Ali from entertainment were beautiful and made the hotel worth it

it took them 2 Days to repaire the air condition and the refregerator also i request to change the room to see view and they told tomorow we will but they dont no change in food

this is our 2nd time at this hotel, its just amazing, staff friendly, the entertainment team 1st class, food amazing, jimmy from the water sports is a magic guy. staff all go out there way to help you. 5 star from me. xx

Travelled in mid-may with family. Rooms were comfortable; buffet was good; very relaxing.

The beach is good. The food is good.The rooms are bad, and the bed is the most uncomfortable beds I have used.

Otel Bodrum Guvercinlik lokasyonunda yer aliyor. Koy tamamen otele ait ve etrafinda baska hicbir yerlesim olmadigi icin sessiz, sakin huzurlu bi ortam ciziyor, aileler icin uygun. Otelin yemekleri guzel. Otel calisanlari ozellikle eglence ekipleri cok guleryuzlu ve girisken. Yetiskinler ve cocuklar icin etkinlikle mevcut. Cocuklu aileler icin ve sesten hzak kafa dinlemek isteyen musteriler icin havuzlar farkli. Otel yeni degil, odalar ve restoran kismi biraz eski fakat cok temiz. Ozellikle pandemide restoran kisminda temizlik ve maske konusunda cok titizler. Tek olumsuz yorumum deniz ve koku icin olabilir. Deniz cok durgun ve gol suyunu andiriyor. Berrak degil, dibini hicbir sekilde goremiyorsunuz. Nereden geldigini anlayamadigimiz yer yer lagim benzeri kotu bir koku da otel cevresinden geliyor, akibetini anlayamadik.
