A few minor issues which were resolved when raised with staff, however overall very pleased. Customer service was exceptional as always. Breakfast was very good but same items everyday, which was slightly disappointing. Would be good if different items were served.

The showers were horrible. Horrible water pressure and the water would go cold then hot then back to cold. Very frustrating. We asked for 1 hour extended late check out and they said they were fully booked then when my girlfriend called them and complained they let us stay an extra hour. The plugs in the bathroom didnt work.

I stayed in many 5 star hotels in Istanbul. For the last 3 years, I only stay in Hilton Istanbul Bomonti. They have professional, caring, and respectful staff. The hotel has a great environment, perfect location and access, great food, and great amenities. It is also very safe and secured. My only suggestions which are definitely not a deal breaker for me: - Have a more diverse night meal menu. It is very limited, - waive outdoor pool fee for executive guests, - Upgrade A/V system (e.g. Bluetooth connection) of the rooms. Thank you very much for your great service, as always :)
