Очень понравился отель. Новый , современный . Прекрасные завтраки. Кофе, чай с печеньями, бисквитами в течении дня. Жили с детьми в семейном двухкомнатном номере. Отель оставил только приятные эмоции.

The room I was allocated on arrival (late at night) was tiny - less than 2m across - and had only one small window opening onto a fire escape (which was nonetheless blocked as it was being used to store bathroom supplies). The lock on the door didn't work; given that the bedroom floors were freely accessible from the street by a lift which required no keycard, I felt unsafe, and asked for a different room. I was told that none was available, but a hotel employee came to my room with a drill to fix the door. He was unable to do so, so I was moved to another (larger) room, where the door locked, but which unfortunately had bedbugs. I would definitely not stay here again.

Was little hard finding the hotel by the Taxi driver, I recommend using google map. Breakfast was fresh and good, service was fine, good room 'size, bathroom was fine with good hot water pressure, no issues with drainage, and friendly staff. The things I didn't like, the size of the single bed was small, and the central air conditioner was turned off in October, and had no choice but to keep the window open which it made it noisy due to the busy street. Over all hotel it was fine.

I would not recommend this Hotel, We had serious issues regarding the rooms. Too many steps. A handicapped person like my dad coild not make it into the stairs. The hotel personal saves Electricity turning off the AC Off and the water during the day also, the staff do not speak English but Turkish, some were rude and not professional at all. Hotel was very full Beyond it’s capacity and we were not provided what we insisted on in our reservation like close rooms to each other, easy access, comfortable and quite rooms. We had to change rooms and struggle with the front desk. Not a good vacation and not a good stay especially for the price we payed for 11 nights. I want to dispute my charges and ask for some refund. We would not go back.

My overall stay was not bad except some points I wished not ti face there. On my arrival in the reception during my check-in the waiter wanted to pick-up my baggage up to my room with me but I refused that by thanking him as it was only one bag & most important I had no any cash money with me except credit card. I thought that it will be very ugly to help me with my baggage till the room without paying it a tip. He insist to come with till the room door. Their room key card was unclear to use & when asked for his help he refused that rudely!!! "You told me to leave you alone sir" he replied! Imagine you arrive your hotel from a long stressing trip & face such reception!!! Another point is that the room was not related to rooms showed in hotel.com or their website. It was just with area of only 1 double bed! I was hardly able to even put my bag!! Third point, when I asked for the passport at night the reception man asked for the complete fees of coming 3 nights befire returning my passport back to me!!! This was first time I saw in Istanbul hotels all over my past 6 visits to there!!! Despite that they have my credit card details in hotel.com in case I tried to escape payment! Their breakfast was daily almost the same with its very limitted options. Many other 3 & 4 stars hitels in Istanbul & even in nearby area have very better one! However I have to be honest that the room specially bath & toilet were daily in good clean condition.

Great place to stay if you are doing a lot of shopping. The grand bazaar is walking distance, and the main destinations in sultanahmet are a few tram stops away. Taxi drivers always had a hard time finding the place, but I understood later this was just a trick to charge more money, so use the tram/ metro instead.
