The first room we were given smelled of cigarettes, so we asked reception to change it. The second room had no odor, but we were subjected to loud music all night long. There was so much noise that we thought the window was open, but it wasn't. It shouldn't have heard so much outside noise.

Iki oda tuttuk biri sigaralı, biri sigarasız. Verirken odaları karıştırmışlar. Odaya ancak gece girdiğim için değiştiremedim ve bütün gece kültablosunda uyumuş gibi oldum. Temizlik ortalama altındaydı yerlerde damla damla izler vardı. Yatak çarsafında yıkanmiş ama çıkmayan lekeler vardı. Bir daha kalmam ibis standartına yakışmadi. Kedi garfield ı çok sevdik. Hayvan dostu olması güzel.

The property is centrally located and well maintained. However I had several issues; the safe wasn't working properly, the AC was only in heating mode and wouldn't cool down the room in the afternoon. Also, I had to constantly get the keycards checked at reception because they wouldn't work in the elevators. That was really frustrating. Thankfully the team was friendly and helped me with a smile everytime.

We stayed here for two nights and could not sleep well because of very loud noises in the building next to the hotel. It sounded like a generator that made loud bass-like noises 24-7. Staff was not helpful in letting us switch rooms. We also asked for a non-smoking room, but the bathroom stank like smoke due to the shared air vents with smoking rooms. We never had such a bad hotel experience before.
