Food poisoned wouldn't go back there

Pro: Parking was the only convenient thing. Easily available outside hotel. Now, for the cons: Despite indicating room as non-smoking and was on a non-smoking floor, however, the 1st room we entered, we could immediately smell the residual cigarette smoke smell. Immediately went down to ask for change of room. Was given change of room. But again after awhile we could once again smell the residual smoke.... gave up to change room. Rely to use my own essential oils instead. Am wondering if it could be due to centralise aircon hence despite room change, we still smell smoke. Next morning I was not feeling well. Ask the reception for a plastic bag to bring along as a vomit bag. But reception says do not have. When I request if there were any paperbag instead, the reception did not bother to continue to search or even tell me to hold-on. Instead he simply just attended to another walk-in guest. I had to turn to a kitchen staff who was replenishing the bread if there was any plastic/paper back available. N the young lady after searching came back with one. Thank you! Lastly the toilet lights, its auto sensor /motion sensor to save electricity but the interval to dim off is too quick. While using the restroom on 1st floor, the lights go off so fast i had to keep waving my hands to create motion for lights to turn on again. Now imagine if it was a kid that went toilet alone and moments later light goes off.

Very comfortable good shower great bed very good breakfast shame it doesn’t have a bar but the Novotel next door has 2 minutes walk away

It’s a Typical budget hotel. Nothing special. Small single room but with most conveniences available - nice queen size bed, good shower, small desk for working. This was the only hotel on my long trip that had an iron and an iron board in the room. Was very clean. True 24 hours front desk. Felt “back home” after many Turkish exotics.

We were there for only one night, property was nice, room had a bit of smoking smell when we entered, rest was ok. 1. There was no parking (Directions) infront/near property, so was difficult to stop for checkin. 2. Check in staff was very helpful 3. Underground parking was full so had to give keys to the Valet team 4. Breakfast was very good and convenient checkout.

Hotel is one of best hotels which i am using during my business trip. One of the best point that in every country is same level of quality! Congratulations all staff, well done!

Overall is good, except very dark in the room..and late at night after 10 pm, probably above me, closing the door very loud, my room shook up..other than that all is good.

Excellent customer service

More like a hostel than a hotel

The room has AC but only the heater a.c. works, the cold a.c. doesn't work. I asked the reception he said in this season they disable cold a.c. function and will turn it on soon when they switch the season. The room was hot like a sauna and if you open the window the big street car noises comes in all night. The reception helped me changed to a cooler room and I was able to sleep. But I find it tiring having to go up and down to switch The room as I was already very tired from driving and just wanted to rest.

Modern and clean hotel. Like staying at Scandinavian room.

Ibis is a modern, clean and very functional hotel for a short stay. If you want to visit the historic center of Konya then you will have to take a 20 minute taxi ride or a minibus which takes at least 30 minuets, but it stops right in front of the hotel. I took a taxi from Konya airport to the hotel and it charged 75 lira and took about 25 minutes. My intent was to only spend a night at Ibis and then move to the city center, but after staying in overpriced and not so nice hotels, I loved Ibis and stayed here 2 nights. My room was a standard double, it was quite compact, but was clean. They also have a buffet breakfast, which was nice. Complementary coffee bar in the room was a nice touch. The staff who works there is friendly and helpful again a great change from Istanbul. I recommend this place for its modern design, clean room and laundered crisp bedsheets. I don’t have anything negative to add accept that it is not in the center of the city. If you have a car this is a great option.

Clean. Comfy. Convinient. Staff need some customer service training. The minute someone who speaks Turkish walks in they completely ignore you. It's a good thing your hotel is good

My friend and I stayed only one out of the three nights we had booked there. The first room we were given smelled like cigarette smoke, the second one smelled like cigarette smoke in the bathroom, and the AC didn’t seem to work. It remained hot in the room, despite turning the AC down to the lowest setting. And our room was located right next to the speaker for the prayers so that made it impossible to sleep through. We checked out the following day.

It is good and economical to stay there.

The service not good when I go to breakfast most tables not clean I did clean my table too.

We had an excellent stay. The staff was very helpful. Best breakfast I’ve had in Turkey. Six stars for everything
